DISCUSSION
Narrator I: Look at the dialogues between Alviandro and his friends. Alviandro read a newspaper then his friends Afin, Lely, Alif and Ira come and say hello to him. Alviandro ask them to take a seat. Then they discuss about the topic in the newspaper. Afin Vian Lely Vian Alif Ira Lely Afin Vian : Hallo bro, you look so serious. What are you reading? : Hi guys, come here. Take a seat. Im reading about National Examination for 2013. : Whats the matter about it? : according to the article in this newspaper, therell be 20 packages of National Examination for 20 students in each room. : Wooo Its amazing, usually there are only 5 packages. What do you think about it my friends? : I agree with you, we must do the examination without cheating and asking for answer to our friends, so the sum of the packages will not influence for the students. : I agree with Iras opinion. Besides that, we will have no chance to ask our friends if we find the difficult test item. What about you Afin? : I disagree with your opinion Lely. According to me, 20 packages of examination does not matter as far as the students have studied hard seriously since the beginning of the year. : Okay Afin, I agree with you, we must do the examination without cheating and asking for answer to our friends, so the sum of the packages will not influence for the students. feels the need to set a regulation to ban beggars. Many people support this. They say that begging makes people lazy and bad survivors. They are like parasites. Criminals take advantage of their existence. Car drivers are strong-armed in crossroads, motorbikes are seized, trucks are hijacked, etc. A man in a rural area takes them to the city with his truck in the morning and picks them up in the afternoon. They have made an agreement to share what they get. Some children are reported to have been kidnapped not for ransom. They forced to be beggars. Some people, however, say that we must help beggars. They become beggars because they have no choice. What they get every day is only enough for buying food. Being a beggar is better than being a thief or a robber. So it is a high time to apply their religious teaching to care for others. In addition, what they do is to help the government to check crime- rates. Despite the controversy of their existence, beggars continue to color the life of the urban people.
