Para la trituracin rentable de desechos de caucho natural y sinttico vulcanizado o sin vulcanizar de todo tipo en forma de balas, peladuras o chips, con o sin textil, empleamos los ultra-granuladores de ltima generacin, con rotores de guillotina especiales de construccin abierta, sin eje transversal y con un elevado momento oscilante. Gracias al sistema patentado de alimentacin tambin pueden triturarse materiales extremadamente difciles y sensibles a la temperatura, como por ejemplo los desechos de mezclas de caucho sin vulcanizar o prevulcanizados de la produccin de neumticos. Segn requerimiento en cada caso, se aplican los sistemas de dosificacin, comprobados en la prctica, de agentes separadores y de recuperacin. Productos de la ms diversa forma pueden ser alimentados a estos trituradores aplicando diferentes sistemas de alimentacin como cintas de transporte, vas de rodillos, canaletas vibradoras o dispositivos de entrada por rodillos.

TRITURADOR

La lnea de trituracin incluye las instalaciones de conexin, de mando y automatizacin.

Las necesidades crecientes de distintos tipos de cauchos en polvo, as como los requerimientos en cuanto a fluidez y geometra de partcula exigen instalaciones de micronizado de la ms moderna tecnologa. Nuestros sistemas de pulverizado para caucho operan segn un principio de trabajo especial. El material de entrada en grnulo (triturado) se alimenta con los agregados de dosificacin apropiados. La instalacin de extraccin adecuada para esta finalidad absorbe el material micronizado del molino. Para el funcionamiento las 24 horas, se dota a las instalaciones con automatizaciones especiales para temperatura y amperaje. Para la obtencin de la calidad del polvo deseada se emplean distintos sistemas de tamizaje. El material tamizado grueso se transportar automticamente mediante un circuito cerrado al molino. El producto final ser ensacado segn las necesidades en sacos, llenado en containers o transportados a silos mediante un equipo posterior conectado al armario de control. El interior del molino es liso y sin cantos. As se garantiza una limpieza completa en caso de cambio de color o material.

Trituracin-Micronizacin Un equipo de ingenieros industriales y licenciados en qumica trabaja conjuntamente en nuestros Procesos Industriales, con la finalidad de transferir la tecnologa (Know-How) al cliente interesado. Esta actividad es el conjunto de muchas acciones bien orquestadas que en definitiva se concentran en dos pilares bsicos: la presencia en ferias internacionales para conocer el estado del arte as como los viajes comerciales para establecer y mantener vnculos estrechos con los proveedores de maquinaria y materias primas, y por otro lado, la investigacin, desarrollo e innovacin como base fundamental para el xito. El contrato de transferencia tecnolgica, tambin denominado de otras formas como contrato de cesin de know how, es el contrato mediante el cual una empresa cede a otra, parte de su conocimiento tcnico para que la cesionaria (quien recibe los conocimientos) los pueda utilizar y explotar en beneficio propio. Este tipo de acuerdo normalmente estn relacionados con conocimientos tcnicos o tecnolgicos, de aqu su nombre. Cada Know-How transferido por Samaraez comprende todos los aspectos necesarios para su correcta explotacin: Listados de equipos, materias primas y proveedores, suministro de equipos maquinara y materias primas, formulaciones qumicas, metodologa procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo, gestin de proveedores y logstica, formacin del personal, implantacin y puesta en marcha, y asistencia tcnica. Los contratos llave en mano en los que Samaraez participa como contratista incluye las siguientes prestaciones adems de las descritas anteriormente: la realizacin de las obras civiles, la instalacin y montaje, y la puesta a punto y funcionamiento global de la obra proyectada. Contamos con un amplio equipo multidisciplinar de profesionales especialista en el diseo y realizacin de proyectos llave en mano, proporcionando adems, las propuestas de financiacin ms ventajosas. En el diseo y realizacin de los proyectos trabajan conjuntamente los siguientes departamentos: -Tcnico: Diseo y desarrollo de los proyectos que comprende tambin el proyecto de ingeniera. -Logstica: Seleccin y gestin de proveedores, adquisicin y transporte de equipos, seguros..., y todas aquellas operaciones necesarias para que los equipos lleguen a su destino en condiciones ptimas y en sus correspondientes plazos de servicio. -Ejecucin: Construccin de la planta de produccin, instalaciones generales y especiales, puesta en marcha, formacin de los operarios y todas las operaciones necesarias hasta la entrega del proyecto al cliente. -Calidad: Supervisa que la metodologa y procedimientos diseados son correctamente implantados y satisfacen las necesidades y exigencias del cliente.

Rubber Recycling. Grinding-Micronisation For the profitable grinding of all kinds of natural and synthetic, vulcanised or unvulcanised rubber waste in the form of pellets, peelings or chips, with or without textile, we use latest-generation ultra-granulators, with special open-build guillotine rotors, without transversal axis and with an elevated oscillating moment. Thanks to the patented feed system it is also possible to grind extremely difficult or temperature-sensitive materials such as, for example, waste materials consisting of mixtures of non-vulcanised or pre-vulcanised rubber from tyre production. According to the requirements of each case, systems are applied, backed up by experience, for the dosing of antiblocking and recovery agents. Products of the most varied form may be fed into these grinders applying different feed systems such as conveyor belts, roller beds, vibrating chutes or roller feeder devices.

The grinding line includes the installations for connection, control and automation.

The growing need for different types of powdered rubbers, as well as the requirements in terms of fluidity and geometry of the particle require micronising installations of the most modern technology. Our pulverising systems for rubber operate according to a special working principle. The input material in granules (ground) is fed in with the appropriate dose of aggregates. The installation of adequate extraction for this purpose absorbs the micronised material from the granulator. For 24-hour working, the installations are provided with special automations for temperature and amperage. In order to obtain the desired quality of powder different sifting systems are used. The thick sifted material is automatically transported via a closed circuit to the granulator. The end product will be bagged according to requirements in sacks, poured into containers or transported to silos via ancillary equipment connected to the control cabinet.

MICRONISER

The interior of the granulator is smooth and without edges. Thus thorough cleaning is guaranteed in the case of a change in colour or material.

Rubber Recycling. Grinding-Micronisation A team of industrial engineers and chemistry graduates work together on our Industrial Processes, with the aim of transferring technology (Know-How) to the interested customer. This activity is the combination of many well orchestrated actions that are ultimately concentrated around two basic pillars: presence in international fairs in order to know the state of the art as well as commercial trips taken to establish and maintain close links with the suppliers of machinery and raw materials and, on the other hand, research, development and innovation as a fundamental basis for success. The contract for technological transfer, also designated by other terms, such as contract for the transfer of know how, is the contract by means of which one company transfers part of its technical knowledge to another, so that the beneficiary (who receives the knowledge) may use and exploit this for their own benefit. This type of agreement is normally related to technical or technological knowledge, from which its name is derived. All Know-How transferred by Samaraez includes all the aspects necessary for its correct operation: Lists of equipment, raw materials and suppliers, supply of machinery equipment and raw materials, chemical formulations, methodology, procedures and operating instructions, supplier and logistic management, training of personnel, implementation and start-up, and technical assistance. The key in hand contracts in which Samaraez participates as a contractor include the following services as well as those described above: the carrying out of civil works, installation and assembly, and the servicing and overall functioning of the projected project. We have a large, multidisciplinary team of professionals, expert in the design and performance of key in hand projects, supplying, moreover, the most advantageous financing proposals. The following departments work together in the design and completion of the projects: -Technical: Design and development of the projects, which also includes the engineering project. -Logistics: Selection and management of suppliers, acquisition and transport of equipment, insurance..., and all those operations that are necessary so that the equipment arrives at its destination in optimum conditions and within its corresponding delivery date. -Execution: Construction of the production plant, general and special installations, start-up, training of operators and all the operations necessary until the project is handed over to the customer. -Quality: Ensures that the methodology and procedures designed are correctly implemented and satisfy the needs and demands of the customer.
