Saturday April 10. Fly into Atlanta Sunday April 11

and make your way to the Ritz-Carlton,
Buckhead. The Ritz-Carlton Buckhead is
the Rolls Royce of Atlanta hotels. Every
inch of this hotel oozes luxury, from the lobby to the public areas, which
are graced with Regency and Georgian antiques and an outstanding
collection of 18th- and 19th-century artwork. The location is also
excellent - on the fringe of lovely neighbourhoods, across the street from
two upscale shopping arcades, and close to Buckhead’s fine restaurants
and nightspots. After meeting your Horizon guide at the hotel check-in,

Meet early in the hotel lobby for a two-hour coach transfer to Augusta.
To ensure a speedy (and memorable) arrival, a police escort guides us
through the traffic in Augusta to the gates of Augusta National. On
arrival, disembark at our hospitality facility (a classic southern-style
mansion) for a brief orientation and to receive your Patron’s Badge, one
of the world’s most coveted tickets for any event, sporting or otherwise,
as well as your personal Masters golf chair. Spend the rest of the day
following your favourite world-class golfers across the pristine contours
of the emerald course as they pursue the hallowed green jacket, or escape
the crowds and enjoy a bounty of food and refreshments at our constantly
changing hospitality buffet. Following the presentation ceremony, return
to the hospitality facilities to grab a drink or bite of dinner and to return
your Patron’s Badge. Board our coach for the transfer to the luxurious Ritz-
Carlton Reynold’s Plantation, in Greensboro, Georgia. Share your tales of

Monday April 12
Sleep in this morning and spend a leisurely few hours enjoying the
luxurious amenities around the Plantation. Unwind in the hotel spa or
squeeze in an early round of golf at one of the award-winning courses on
site. After an early lunch, tee off at one of the five Reynolds Plantation
courses for a round of 18 holes. Spend the evening at your leisure and
eat in any of the excellent restaurants in the resort. Overnight: The Ritz-
Carlton Reynolds Plantation. Meals: None
Tuesday April 13.
Wake up early and set out for another 18 holes on one of the five Reynolds
Plantation courses. Following your game, grab a quick snack and board
the coach for your transfer to Atlanta airport (in time for flights leaving at
6:30pm onwards). Overnight: N/A. Meals: None.

hotel is a regular stopover for visiting celebrities. The richly panelled lobby

Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation (Sunday & Monday Night)
Just 75 miles east of Atlanta, the Reynolds Plantation provides guests

Nast Traveler, the 251-room lodge is secluded on the lazy shores of Lake
Oconee with 99 holes of golf designed by the greatest architects of the

a few years ago) to waterskiing or canoeing.

Where we Play
Reynolds Landing, is the original golf course on Lake Oconee and is centred on
a classic Bob Cupp golf course that earned numerous awards
when it opened in 1986.
The Oconee Course, the Rees Jones-designed resort course, presents a golfing
challenge that is unmatched by any other in the nation.
The National Course, designed by Tom Fazio boasts 27 holes, the National
features impressive elevations, wonderful views and several holes skirting the
shores of Lake Oconee.
Great Waters, an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus signature design, winds through densely
wooded evergreen corridors only to open up to nine holes featuring the blue
waters of Lake Oconee as the rough. Named as one of the best courses in
Georgia, second only to Augusta National, Great Waters is one of the most
aesthetically inspiring golf courses in the continental United States.
Plantation Course, has been ranked among the “Ten Best New Courses” and is
characterized by a natural, rolling layout that possesses innumerable subtleties.

 Pre- and Post-Trip Options
Saturday Masters Package (2 night): This pre-trip package is designed for those travellers who simply can’t get enough of following
their favourite golfers during Masters week. Since you will need to find your own way to Augusta, we strongly recommend that
you rent a car through Hertz, since they are the only company who allows you to drop your car off at the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds
Plantation (thereby saving you the hassle of doing it yourself). You’ll make your own way to the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation
on Friday, then drive to the Masters on Saturday morning (a 60 minute drive). You’ll be able to take advantage of both our valet
parking and all-day hospitality as you spend the day taking in the spectacle of Saturday at the Masters. At the end of the day, you’ll
drive back to the Reynolds Plantation, where you’ll spend the night, before returning again the next morning to join up with the
rest of our travellers for the final Sunday. At the end of play on Sunday you’ll drive back to the Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Plantation.

Friday pre night in atlanta (1 Night): This pre-trip package is designed for those who like to arrive early and unwind before diving in to
the excitement of the Masters. Upon arrival in Atlanta on Friday, you’ll make your own way to the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, located in the
hippest and most fashionable district of Atlanta. After breakfast on Saturday, you’ll be transferred to the Heritage Golf Club in Tucker, just
outside of Atlanta, a 27 hole, par 72 public golf course. Reputed to be the toughest course in Georgia (well, maybe the second toughest),
this rolling course has elevated, tiered greens on each hole. After a leisurely round of 18 holes, stop at the bar for a well-earned drink
before making your way back to the Ritz-Carlton, Buckhead, where you’ll meet up with the rest of our travellers.

Tuesday Reynolds Extension (1 night): This post trip extension is for those who have more time and prefer a more leisurely stay at the
Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation with an extra round of golf. You can also schedule a later tee time for Tuesday afternoon. After spend-
ing Tuesday night at the Ritz Carlton Reynolds Plantation, you’ll play a third (and final) round of golf on one of the many championship
courses, and then make your own way back to the Atlanta airport (or continue on with your journeys elsewhere).

Augusta. On arrival at the course, make your way to the private hospitality area
for a brief orientation and to receive your Masters Patron’s Badge, one of the
world’s most coveted tickets for any event, sporting or otherwise. Spend the
rest of the day following your favourite world-class golfers across the pristine
contours of the emerald course as they pursue the hallowed green jacket, or
escape the crowds and enjoy a bounty of gourmet refreshments in our private
hospitality room. The plentiful array of fresh seafood, grilled meats, sandwiches
on home-baked breads, local cheeses and an ongoing open bar is sure to satisfy
the gastronomes in the crowd. After the last put has dropped meet at the
hospitality pavilion to return your Patron’s Badge. Board our coach for the 2 1/2

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast before setting out for another 18 holes on The
Woodlands Course. The Woodlands was designed by Griffiths and opened in 1996. The
stunning 6,735 yard, par 72 courses have numerous elevations presenting memorable
views of sparkling lakes and tree-lined holes to give players a blissful feeling of solitude.
Golf Digest rated the Woodlands among the best in Georgia with 4 ½ stars. Following
your game, grab a quick snack and board your mid-afternoon transfer to Atlanta airport.

Release, Terms and Conditions

Please read this important information carefully. The delivery by the passenger of the deposit together with a signed copy of this document to Adventure
Canada shall constitute the passenger’s consent and agreement to all of the provisions contained herein.
Payment Schedule and Rates
A deposit of $2,875 USD (Exclusive Masters) or $2,000 USD (Deluxe Masters) per passenger is required to reserve a position for a tour. The balance
of payment for the tour must be received by Adventure Canada at least 120 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Adventure Canada will only
issue pre-departure boarding documents to a passenger once it has received full payment together with all required documents duly completed by the
passenger. Tour fees quoted are based on (i) prices in effect at the time of printing (June 2009) and as such are subject to change without notice prior to
departure and (ii) group participation. Prices are cash/cheque discounted, and in US dollars. Credit Card pricing is as follows: Exclusive Masters Access
2010 - $5,980 USD - Deluxe Masters - $4,155 USD . For wire transfers, passengers should note that the transferring financial institution may charge a
service fee, which shall be at the passenger’s expense. Returned cheques, credit card changes and refunds are subject to a $25 USD fee. Adventure
Canada is a member in good standing of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (“TICO”) which administers the Ontario Travel Compensation Fund, a
fund established by registered travel agents and travel wholesalers in Ontario to insure payments such as those made to Adventure Canada in connection

Cancellations and Refunds
All requests for cancellations must be received in writing. Upon Adventure Canada receiving a written notice of cancellation prior to September 1, 2009
the passenger shall receive a full refund of its tour fees, less an administrative penalty of $500 per person. Please note that after September 1, 2009, all
fees, deposits and tariffs received by Adventure Canada are forfeited. For these and other reasons mentioned below, passengers are strongly advised to
obtain trip cancellation insurance. No refunds shall be made to passengers who do not participate in any part of, or otherwise do not complete, the tour
for any reason whatsoever.
Insurance
Due to the nature of the tour in which the passenger will be participating, passengers should have in place prior to departure comprehensive insurance
coverage including without limitation medical, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, accident and baggage insurance. Any losses sustained by the
undersigned passenger as a result of its failing to obtain proper insurance coverage shall be the sole responsibility of the passenger. For full coverage
passengers are recommended to obtain insurance at the time of deposit.
Itinerary
The itineraries/programs described is subject to change at the discretion of the tour leader. AC/HC reserves the exclusive right, in its sole discretion, to
alter or omit any part of the itinerary or change any reservation, staff member, feature and/or means of conveyance without notice and for any reason
whatsoever including but not limited to weather conditions, force majeure, political conditions and other factors beyond our control and without allow-
ance or refund and with any and all extra costs resulting there from paid by the passengers. AC/HC expressly reserves the right to cancel, without prior
notice to the passengers, any tour prior to departure, in which case tour fees will be refunded without further obligation on the part of AC/HC including,
but not limited to the payment of interest accrued thereon. Decisions to alter the itinerary/program as aforesaid shall be made in the best interest of all
passengers on the tour. AC/HC expressly reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the reservation of, or remove from the tour, any passenger at
any time.

Delays
In the event of a delay, passengers will be responsible all costs and expenses associated therewith, including, without limitation, any additional food,
lodging or transportation costs resulting from such delay.

Baggage
Baggage is solely at the passenger’s risk and expense. Baggage is limited to a maximum weight of 20 KG in most cases. Also, airline luggage allow-
ance is typically two pieces per passenger and one piece of carry-on luggage, subject to weight restrictions, but please check with your airline for current
standards.

Land-Based Group Size and Trip Costs

In keeping with our philosophy of small group travel, most of our land based programs operate with 10 - 30 participants. If we do not get the
required number of people and cancel a tour, you will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, all deposits and tariffs
paid will be returned to the passenger in full with no further obligation on the part of Adventure Canada (AC) and Horizon & Co. (HC).
Single rooms, if available, will be provided on request for an additional fee of $750 USD (exclusive Masters) or $500 (Deluxe Masters). For
participants travelling alone, but wishing to share, AC will arrange for a room if possible. If a roommate is not available, a single supplement
will be charged.
