Dear Mr. Marcus:

(U) As previously requested, the enclosed items are part

of a rolling production, by which the Agency is producing to the
Commission's office at 2100 K. Street, NW copies of all TDs and
other materials that are being forwarded to Mr. Dieter Snell
during his ongoing foreign travel. During my conversation with
Dr. Philip Zelikow earlier in the week, he asked that I forward
copies of these materials to him.

(U) Yesterday morning, Dr. Philip Zelikow.and I discussed

CIA's efforts to answer various questions posed by Mr. Dieter
Snell during his ongoing foreign travel. During my conversation
with Dr. Zelikow, he asked that I forward to him copies of all
TDs and other information that I have forwarded to Mr. Snell
during his trip to Europe and the Middle East. In response to
