Progress and no strong power means new leadership

In Albania, today there is not a single power and strong leadership, which dictates the political life of the country and the progress towards economic development. The leadership of the new generation, belonging mostly to the middle class is taking its legitimacy and capacity through cultural and educational skills, which carries the new generation in each country. This new generation of leadership is already able to influence the debate in front of his old and consumed leadership alongside the disgusting and boring leadership history of the past two decades.

The new model of leadership that young people seek is based on the economic progress lied to the legal standard and not the abuse of legal power. This powerful and delicate challenge for all Albanians supported by the vision of a future where life has a dignity trademark of personal and professional values comparable to live in states that have consolidated the democracy and are in the continuous process of developing the best values carried by the past experience. This model, which is believed to have an insight into the political and economic life of the country, will be able to develop new ways of democracy in the country and strengthen the integrity of its values.

The new leadership, which will have to face problems with social and economic inequality, will have to have a key role in addressing the most pressing issues solving, social and economic ones. So, a course of action and programs to act will be required to be present for social strata, to give hope and confidence to their solution, but also to engage all available resources in favor of solving the problem, according to the priorities set by risk, where it is greater. This means that any solution that will finally take place will be linked to the fact, if they manage to resolve the effects of the economic crisis (carefully with the opening of jobs for youth) and poverty problems.

The expectation is based on hope and faith in the positive change that comes from the cloud of energy for new leadership. Opening of regional economies, distance from nationalism that encourage the groups or individuals and is on marched leaders interests will help renovate cooperation between leadership in the region. On the other hand, guarantee of the physical and intellectual property, with a fiscal and economic management system should be adapted to the economic situation, of course, clear, reliable and enforceable, and applicable. The combination of those elements will be a key test of the new leadership. The main consequence of these principles then would constitute the most effective new policy offer package for economic community and social strata for a positive future.

Naturally, all this vision is no different from the previous one, unless it includes within its new collaboration with the leadership of the old one, creating a 'dictionary' with a common language, as a basis for developing and positioning a more powerful position from that our country has been so far. Even if you seem that new leadership struggles for power and not for the development of the country, everyone should understand that the previous status quo has changed and not will return. We know that the country is headed in the future towards a united Europe. Although to date we are not deeply influenced by political and economic model in the near future progress will prevail over the power struggle.
