A collaborative venture between Deloitte & Touche LLP and Deloitte Haskins & Sells (India), U.S. India AERS provides audit and advisory services under remote service delivery model to DTTL member firms. Commenced operations in January 2002. Since then, all of the Deloitte Tax LLP U.S. service lines and regions have developed their affiliations in India. The majority of Tax professionals in India are engaged in the preparation of a variety of tax returns, including federal, state, property taxes and along with numerous specialty activities, such as the design, implementation and administration of employee benefits plans; tax equalization calculation; cost projections for internationally assigned employees; financial analysis, etc. They play a very crucial role in delivering the Deloitte client experience to the clients across the globe. Most of the work undertaken in India requires professionals in India to work directly with the U.S. professionals, thus making them an integral part of the client service delivery team.

Deloitte Support Services India Pvt. Ltd. Our Enterprise Risk Services (ERS) practice is a global leader in helping clients manage risk from the boardroom to networks. As the largest risk management consulting practice of its kind, we provide a broad array of services that allow clients around the world to better measure and manage risk and control, and to enhance the reliability of systems and processes throughout the enterprise. The Technology Risk service area within ERS includes professionals with a broad range of information technology and management consulting skills in the areas of Risk and Compliance, Security and Privacy, and Capital Markets. The Technology Risk group is part of the Advisory channel in ERS and is designed to: Deliver advisory services focused on information risk and compliance management to CROs, CISOs, CIOs and CFOs. Perform assessments, remediation, implementation and integration of end-to-end Information Risk Management solutions. Focus on information systems and technologies that manage risk and/or drive operational, financial and regulatory compliance processes; as well as solutions that manage the risk associated with information technology itself.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in computer science, electronics and telecommunication, or a related field.

Information & Technology Risk Management Manages an organizations business challenges and security requirements from a legal, regulatory, and industry standards standpoint. Identity & Access Management Provides an integrated system of business processes, IT, and policies to automate the process of identity management. ERP Security & Control Protects enterprise-level applications to reduce/eliminate operational disruptions and their associated costs. Business Continuity & IT Resilience Mitigates the risk of interruptions and helps safeguard a firms f inancial and competitive position in the market. Privacy & Data Protection Helps clients deal with the challenges of identity theft, breach notification, data leakage, cross-border data flows, and management of data protection.

General Expectations:
Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Be able to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels. Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate. Identifies the best industry practices and implements in the engagements. Define project standards, knowledge of methodologies, and understanding of process improvement initiatives. Good general understanding of information technology (IT). Ability to chart ones own career and build networks within the organization .

The key skills required are as follows:
