Inside Of Vibrator
The Electro-dynamic vibrator generates its excitation force by the flow of an electric AC signal through the Drive coil that is located in a strong magnetic flux generated by Permanent magnet or Field coil as shown below
Top cover Cooling air Drive coil Vibration table Upper armature guidance system Armature Cooling air Field coils
Terminology
Frequency range The Frequency range that the vibration test system manufacturer (maker) defines for the rated force, the maximum acceleration, the maximum velocity and the maximum displacement of the system.
Test method
SINE Vibration Test The two type test methods are done : the one is SWEEP test, that changes the excitation frequency continuously according to the frequency sweep method specified in the test. And the other is the fixed excitation frequency test, DISCRETE test. Sine vibration test are performed for original industrial vibration tests including measurement of dynamic motion characteristics of specimen, such as Resonance Dwell test, that performs measurement and tracking of change of resonance frequency of the specimen automatically and that performs the SINE vibration durability test at the changed new resonance frequency,is also done.

Note:
System performance
1. Permanent magnet types Modal Exciter are also offered up to 50KgF Peak-Sine force rating. 2. Shaker can be designed as per the customer-testing requirement. 7
Technology
PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology used to convert line AC power in to variable frequency and adjustable power for optimum shaker performance. High efficiency and long terms reliable operation achived by using MOSFET, FET.
Expandability of Modules
For higher capacity systems multiple power modules can be parallel one by one to increase the output power . Power bays accommodate power stages , logic and drive which can be expanded as per the testing requirements.
Internal Cooling
These are are self cooled and do not require any external cooling unit. It eliminates the need of external heat extractors and complex water/power connection.
Serviceability
Module interchangeabilities facilitate fast repair/replacement with minimum down time. Corresponding protections provided to diagnose the fault . DC supplies are also design such a way to come out from amplifier bay.
Frequency Response
Full power from DC to 3 KHz rolling off to 3 db at 5 KHz.
Efficiency
PWM technology and use of FET deliver power efficiency of more then 90%.
Distortion
Less then 1% into resistive load at rated power.
Stability
Less then 0.5% variation of full output voltage with 10% change in AC line voltage.
Input Impedance
More then 10 K ohm for direct coupled either single ended or isolated connection.
Safety Interlock
Control panel monitors the standard operating conditions and trip off the power amplifiers as well as full system in event of Over Current Supply Current Hi line Voltage Loss of Phase Low line Voltage Unbalance line Supply 8

Centrifuge Machine
Centrifugal acceleration may be considered as an angular motion of a particle or body about a reference position. The Centrifuge Acceleration Test Machine is used to test the object for a defined Centrifugal force exerted on it when it is placed on a rotary platform at a certain radial distance.
DESPL
Centrifuge Acceleration Test Machine also called a liner acceleration test systems. The system consists in two parts one mechanical centrifuge m/c and second speed control unit.

DVA Meter, is a comprehensive user friendly Equipment, used in conjunction with any Vibration System to monitor various Vibration parameters i. e. Acceleration, Displacement & Velocity with the help of Accelerometer. Designed for applications in measurement of mechanical vibrations on machines on the shop floor as well as on structures. This instrument can be used also to monitor vibration levels in production machines on a periodic basis, so that action can be taken before a complete machine failure occurs. The measured parameters can be read out from the LCD display. It also provides AC output, which can be taken for recording purpose and for other processing.
