Supported cloudbased application implementation (SaaS), enterprise performance management (EPM), enterprise architecture and business analysis, application/middleware implementation, business intelligence (BI), IT portfolio management, custom development, governance, upgrade/migration, enterprise integration, service-oriented architecture (SOA), project management, security/identity management, and business process management. Increased repeatability and reduced costs of software implementation and custom development projects by developing method and estimating support for the Oracle portfolio. Led the Global Methods organization in providing high-ROI services to all Oracle regional consulting organizations. Reduced implementation project length and cost by moving the Oracle ecosystem toward solution-driven implementation projects utilizing iterative prototyping and conference room pilots (CRPs) through the development of the AIM for Business Flows method, the replacement for Oracles AIM methodology.
