Observations
Temperaturestendtodecreasewhenimplantisburieddeeper. Thismakessense,aselectromagneticfieldsdecaywithdepth. Forsmallimplants,temperaturesincreasewithimplantlength. Thismakessense,becausealongerimplantcanfunctionasamore effectivereceivingantenna(aslongasimplant /2atthisfrequency andinthisenvironment). Forlargeimplants,fieldinhomogeneitymakespredictionshardertomake. Resultsaresensitivetothegelselectricalandthermalmaterialproperties.
