The information is here, but the page is heavy and repetitive. Three kinds of informationdays, times and sessionslook exactly alike, and while the colors are good, theres too much of it. Theres no breathing room that white space would provide, and the main design elements are those colored rectangles, sort of design by default, not intention.
Same information, but what a difference! The colors are retained, but in small dots on white theyre fresh and inviting. The sessions are now listed once, not dozens of times, and varying type weights differentiate the kinds of information. This schedule looks better, takes half the space, and note how much easier it is to find the session you want!

Green is mild, red is hot! Its easy to convey taste using color. But since color is not available, this clever alternative uses a pepper to convey scaleone is mild, four is hot! Great solution.
Guacamole
Engaging shape is also efficient Skinny card fits two-up on a legalsize sheet. Simple line art is earthy, easy No prissy halftones here! Lumpy, line-art illustrations are bold and easy to print. One bold typeface Interstate Bold is as easy to read on the woody paper as it is on U.S. highway signs. Its weight matches the illustrations, giving the menu a uniform, super-basic look.
