Уважаема Госпожо Председател,

На основание чл. 4 и 5 от ГПК Моля Председател да разпорежда превод от

Английски на този За Представяне на Доказателство от преводача по дело
8828/2005г. вещи лица Мариана Русева Радулова в.л. № 1118 по списъка на
специалистите, утвърдени за вещи лица от Комисията по чл. 200ж ал. 1, ЗСВ, обн.
Д.В. бр. 17/2004г..

Relying on article 25 of the Law for the Supreme Administrative Court the Applicant
submits the following official documents into evidence;

1. Letter No. 1101 dated 07.02.2006 and authored by the Defendant’s Deputy
Director for Main Directorate for the Execution of Punishments wherein page 1 at
para 3 is uttered a falsehood id est that the Serbian citizen Nickolai Vasichev has
been a candidate for conditional early release at every session of the Sofia prison
Commission since July 2004 and the reasons for refusing his release have been
articulated before the Commission;
2. A 11.04.2006 Sofia Appellate Prosecutors Ruling under case No. 7459/2005
wherein on page 2 at para. 3 Prosecutor Pachev utters a falsehood id est that the
Romanian citizen Nicolai Marian has been a candidate for conditional early
release at every session of the Sofia prison Commission and the reasons for
refusing his release have been articulated by the Sofia prison administration;

Proceeding on the above, and to establish the false and intentionally misleading character
of these utterances I submit the following evidence;

The Applicant relies on the law according to article 28 of the Law for the Supreme
Administrative Court and submits as subject to the judicial control of this Court the
following administrative decisions issued by the Sofia prison Commission formed
according to article 17 of the Law for the Execution of Punishments.
