KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: The undersigned incorporators, all of legal age and majority of whom are residents of the Philippines, have this day voluntarily agreed to form a stock corporation under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. THAT WE HEREBY CERTIFY: FIRST: The name of the said association shall be: DAILYNEWS PUBLISHING CORPORATION SECOND: That the purpose or purposes for which such corporation is incorporated are: 1. To be engaged in publishing and printing of newspapers; 2. To publish newspaper that focuses health, lifestyle and sports; 3. To publish newspapers that can be used in business advertising and newspaper; 4. To update the community about the current issues here in the Philippines; 5. To publish newspaper that informs, educates, enlightens and entertains the users. 6. To publish newspapers that are timely, relevant and usable; 7.
