PT Endeavour Resources Immediate Work Program for West Timor

Internal Memorandum
Subject: To: From: CC: Date: Immediate Work Program for West Timor Sapto Putranto Peter Eaton Eko Budiharto, Agus Permadi, Tommy Tjiptadjaja, Muhammad Iqbal 15 September 2013

Dear Sapto Following our discussion today, please undertake the following work programme for the West Timor project over the next period of time. 1) Ground Geophysics Priorities

Sepri to help organise and supervise geophysics. Program should be in the following order, but the priority of the program is in brackets: 1) Nenden Prospect (Priority 3) - complete all lines with 12.5 metre moves in the centre of the central three lines. Low priority survey, but access available and a reasonable small program to sort out any problems. Anticipate 5 days, plus one day set up. Big Boulder (Priority 3) - Complete lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 9 initially (or lines may be modified based on current land access issues). Low priority, but the same field camp as Nenden (8 days total). currently being gridded by Yogi. Bakitolas Main Prospect (Priority 1) - Complete all eight lines (9 days total) . Oesilu Prospect (Priority 3) - Needs to be assessed following mapping. Could probably drop off the northernmost line, ie. complete five lines (6 days). Soegeng. Nisso Hill (Priority 2) - need to plan survey following mapping program. Main prospect will be straight forward, but may require larger regional survey. Ista Neun Baun (Priority 4) - Lower priority. Assess time availability. Probably a reduced program. Rabeka (Priority 4) - Become a lower priority

3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 2)

Detailed Prospecting and Mapping a) Bakitolas Main Prospect (SP & CWP) Detailed mapping of mine and main prospect area. Note that this must be mapped on an outcrop basis and not a point-by-point basis. We need a full interpreted geological map of the mine area and over the extent of the vein/hydrothermal zone. You may want to use a Google Earth base for the mapping. Continue to trace the zone to the east and west looking for extensions (one site defined by Beta reconnaissance).

Rock chip sampling across the hydrothermal zone at the mine site (at least three good faces for sampling exposed) and at the river site. Bakitolas South and Bakitolas North Prospects

b) c)

Detailed mapping and definition of these new prospects Oesilu Prospect At the Oesilu prospect, a potential zone of MnOx has been defined from the point mapping. We need to do some detailed traverse mapping across this potential zone to try to establish continuity of a MnOx unit (in this case along strike of the drilling) or at the least to record all MnOx indications across this zone. This can be done in conjunction with the IP. Needs a true prospect interpretation

d)

Big Boulder Prospect Same as for Oesilu prospect. In particular, some of the jasper float appears to be true outcrop that trends east-west, but virtually everything is mapped as float.

e) Boki Prospect Same as for Oesilu prospect. In particular, there is an IP response that needs to be correlated with the surface mapping. Should walk the geophysics lines in detail and map in detail along them at the least. Propose test pits if required.

f)

F5 Geophysics Grids and Sedimentary Area There is a line of sedimentary workings oriented on a northwest trend from Nenden in the south (or even from Big Boulder) to the F5 geophysics grids. Our geologists mapped the F5 geophysics grids, but didn't record any outcrop at all, yet there are photographs showing extensive sedimentary workings along this trend. Ista will take this on as a mapping project over about two weeks (before moving on to Nisso Hill). We need to try to understand the sedimentary occurrences through this zone, by visiting and mapping all sedimentary occurrences (and other outcrops) and trying to correlate them. Clean out all existing workings and occurrences and deepen them with test pits. Plan and dig new test pits to help understand the geology and to define sedimentary horizons for possible mining. It will require putting together all of the old occurrences from photos, reports, etc.

Data Compilation A data compilation program has been discussed between the ERN and Beta teams (represented by Adang and Dina). The program must comprise the following: 1) Compilation of the five current separate sources of data into one coherent database. These are as follows: GMT (2012) Bligh (2012/13) Beta (2013) ERN (2013) Historical (< 2012)

An additional column is to be added to the database to note whether the sample point is part of reconnaissance work or a detailed mapping program. Once the consolidated database is complete, and given Beta's completion of the project work at the end of the month, the database will require regular (once a week) updating by Adang, who will be responsible for its maintenance. 2) All field photographs (Beta, ERN and historical) are to be organised into a digital directory as follows: Field Photographs IUP F1 F2 F3 Etc COMPANY ERN Beta Bligh GMT Historical LOCALITY

3)

A complete database to be produced for all test pits. This should include both a Mapinfo table and a digital database similar to the field photos above, with a directory for each testpit including any and all information on the pit.
