VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY TEST:

Pre-Testing Of Questionnaire
Pilot study was conducted initially taking 30 employees as sample. The
results of study was checked and analyzed using correlation method .

QUESTIONNAIRE ADMINISTRATION
Questionnaire administration is done by visiting the respondents in
person.
RELIABILITY AND VALADITY
In this study, the Job satisfaction , Stressor, Work life balance , Intention
to exit play vital role in the analysis. The validity and reliability are checked by Split
Half off method for 30 samples all the value obtained was above 0.75%. Hence the
Questionnaire is full fill the purpose of study..
