Kelly Data Services MS-Word Typing Guidelines

Create a Ms Word file and name it as Image name (Create 300 word file if 300 images) and start typing the same matter following the rules below: Typing font should be Times New Roman, Font Size 11. No need to type Page Number, Chapter No, Book No, Part No, Doc. No. etc. Page Heading or Title keep in Extreme left of the page. Always maintain 1 line gap after Main Heading on the top of the page. (If there are more then one heading on page only give one line gap after first heading.) Every new paragraph must start with 5 Space (Do not use tab instead of five space). When Not To Give 5 Space : If a paragraph or sentence is ending with, Colon ( : ) Semi-colon ( ; ) Hyphen ( -) or (and). ( Do not apply five space in next paragraph. ) If it is a one line sentence. (Do not apply five space at starting.) (Consider Paragraph If More then One Full stop, Question mark or Exclamation mark containing in a lines, otherwise consider it as a single line sentence.) It paragraph or sentence starting with Numbers like 1, 2, 3, or I, II, III or Sec. 1, Sec. 2, Sec. 3, (Do not apply five space at starting.)

If paragraph is starting with inverted comma( ), or there is Heading in starting (not above) of sentence or paragraph. (Do not apply five space at starting.) Eg: (THE NEW TOPIC: This is happened..)

If a paragraph is starting with .(dots). (Do not apply five space at starting.)

Do not give line gap in two paragraphs. Capital letters or words must be in Capital. Superscript or subscript number must keep in brackets( ). Leave one line gap before and after footnotes.

In place of any image, graph or flowchart put (*)image. (Remove all characters of image except header or footer. In place of Tables put (*)table. (Remove all characters of Table except header or footer. In place of any special or foreign language characters, symbols, signs and misprinting or word character not readable or visible put one (?) Question mark in brackets. (Put only one (?) question mark for complete area, word, sentence or paragraph.) Extra Spacing and enters are not Allowed. Only single space in words, after full stop, commas, semi colons, question mark and inverted commas. For any other problem, mention it in notepad and send it with the completed work file. After Completing of project make a new folder and name it as your CD No., Put all documents in this folder and send compressed folder as attachment in mail along with scan copy of registration documents which you have received with Work CD. Per page two (2) mistakes are allowed, after two every mistake will deduct 0.5 % accuracy. Each Extra or missing space or enter will also count as a mistake. Each Letter or word which is written in capital. If it is Ten Letters then: Total Errors : 10, Allowed : 2, Extra error : 8, Accuracy Deduction : 8 x 0.5 = 4 % Note : 0.5 (Point two) Percent accuracy will be deducted against one extra error after first two errors. Two errors are allowed for every page, However you have not made errors in 299 pages but Two Extra (2) Errors in 300th page even then accuracy will deduct (1) One percent. Time frame is 15 Days to complete the 300 Pages project after last date project will not be acceptable for submission. Incomplete Project is not acceptable. If you are unable to complete task in given time then no further task will provided to you for typing. Project will be submit only one time, no re-work or re-checking is allowed. First Accuracy report will be final and payout will made based on your accuracy report. Your agreement of task will be terminate if you are unable to achieve minimum 50% accuracy or unable to complete two projects continuously.
