Accomplishments
Managed global team in design and delivery of soft, behavioral and leadership development programs for Sr. IT Professionals. Results: Built competency framework and associated learning paths for global Leadership team, sales organization and technical delivery teams delivering to identified objectives and measurements. Conducted Cultural Awareness and Diversity workshops over a 6-month period which focused on establishing better relationships amongst senior members of clients and Infosys. Results: The positive impact of this program seen in fewer client escalations, improved client satisfaction and lower Infosys turnover and Sr. Management levels. Analyzed and developed training curriculum to meet / exceed competency requirements of global Sr. Leadership team. Results: Managed overall curriculum design, development, implementation and delivery for global workforce maximizing cost and effectiveness. Successfully developed a 5-day Leadership curriculum focusing on top 1% of global leadership team. Designed and built content with 3rd party executive partner. Results: Conducted 8 sessions globally (2 - US, 2 UK/EMEA, 3 India, 1 China) focusing on global strategy, presenting oneself, financial acumen and how to develop business with global economic downturn. Conducted 2-follow-on programs one year and 3 years after. Develop and sustain a network of SMEs in each of the business units to request feedback, input, guidance as to workshop effectiveness, next steps and certification process. Results: On-going communications that helped to solidify where our curriculum should mover over the next 18 24 months to meet market demand.

Managed selection of vendor and manage overall program content for Global Sales Leadership Development Duke Corporate Education (DCE). Results: Highly successful implementation of program both from a content, delivery and global client perspective. Has led to other engagements within Infosys with DCE to help mold our strategic and critical thinking.

Managing a global team in consulting, design and delivery of global blended learning solutions. Developing and enhancing competencies in sales, business consulting skills and cross-cultural effectiveness / inclusion. Working with all levels of Sr. Management within the organization ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include consulting, defining, designing, developing, delivery and measurement of learning interventions for global audience; with particular focus on impact of learning on bottom-line and increasing revenue with current clients. Responsible for analyzing and developing global sales leadership team to meet / exceed competency requirements of a global workforce. Work with Sr. Leadership teams at clients and Infosys on a continual basis to develop focused workshops - emphasizing specific requirements of leadership teams. Set strategic direction, managed relationships and was the senior interface for DEC with client Sr. Leadership. Exceeded targeted goals each year, 106% - 230%. Results: Achieved 100% club every year and top 10% of worldwide sales force (i.e. Presidents Award) 5 years.
