The event, unlike anything here before, takes place Sept. 28 from 2-6 p.m. at Charlie Daniels Parks community center. Every Womans Expo is an exciting event for women, by women, with more than 40 local businesses that cater to the female persuasion. This one-day event features exhibitors, demonstrations, shopping and information that encompasses many aspects of a womans life, including beauty, health, wellness and, of course, fashion. From head to toe to soul, its an event where you can relax, rejuvenate, discover a new interest, purchase a great find and connect with inspiring keynote speakers Hale Moss and Ann Haney. Hale will teach exclusive fall decorating tips and all his ideas will be available to buy. Ann will address pertinent tips on how best to manage our money and control our destinies. Women- centric businesses will be on hand to help you indulge and spend a relaxing day just for you. The hands-on, interactive event gives mothers, daughters and girlfriends a chance to run wild during respite hours of inspiration, education and entertainment. The fun begins with dozens of exhibits, featuring all the luxuries gals love apparel, furniture, jewelry, makeup contouring, gourmet foods, health tips and more. It costs only $5 to be part of the indulgent afternoon, and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Relay For Life, a fantastic local nonprofit organization intent on stamping out cancer. There will be tons of fabulous door prizes, and the first 100 attendees will receive a cute Every Womans Expo tote. Local American Idol celebrity, the beautiful Janelle Arthur, will be on hand to meet and greet while she, too, indulges in all the expo has to offer. Youve been balancing a busy life and its time to grab your girlfriends and enjoy free facials, fashion styling consultations, tastings, delicacies and lots of free samples. The new main office will include executive offices and private offices for lending, mortgage, and investment services. It also will include safety deposit boxes, conference rooms, a training room, and board room in addition to its retail lobby. There will be capacity for four drive-thru windows and a 24hour ATM facility. Our new main office building will have space for expansion, an important feature as First Freedom Bank looks forward to serving Wilson County for many years, said Lancaster.

For Life is a fundraising event for cancer research to one for cancer and is one of the signature fundraisers for Cancer Society. Relay For Life started in 1985 when Klatt, decided one person could make a difference, spent 24 hours circling a track at Baker Stadium in Tacoma,Washington. Since that time, Relay For grown to more than 5,000 events throughout the other countries. In 1996, a small group of people in formed the first Relay for Wilson County. The raised thousands of dollars since that time and has with an additional Relay For Life event in Mt. the American Cancer Society celebrates years this year, our dedicated teams and volunteers in Lebanon and Mt. Juliet work to raise the funds necessary for research and other assistance programs for those fighting cancer. Relay participants celebrate those who have fought cancer and are survivors; they remember those who have lost their battle to cancer and they fight back to help find a cure. Relay For Life dollars also support American Cancer Societys assistance programs, such as the Road To Recovery, Look Good Feel Better, along with camps and lodging for those facing cancer and their families.
