TRAINING CAMP
Goal for Coaches at the Coaches Clinic: The coaches clinic is intended for elite coaches that want to continue expanding their knowledge in the sport. Coaches that attend will get a commeorative picture with Terry Brands, a WWR 2 Hour Coaches Continuing Education Certificate, a WWR Coaches Training Manual complete with practice plans, and a one month membership to WWR online. Coaches that attend the clinic online will receive a one month trial membership to the WWR website. Goal for Wrestlers at the Camp: To bring together those who strive to compete at the highest level of high school wrestling and to provide necessary elite preseason training in technique and conditioning in order to prepare for the Pre-Season Nationals and the season ahead. Camp Basics: We will be emphasizing the most important, and some of the least taught, aspects of great wrestling with Terry Brands as the featured clinician at all camp sessions. In addition there will be an opportunity for 10 of the most competitive wrestlers to compete in a 60 minute Athletic Republic Training Competition against World Champion Dennis Hall, World Champion Terry Brands, or National Champion Jon McGovern. Winners of the competition will receive a FREE PRIZE.
All camp sessions will be held at the Athletic Republic Verona Training Complex.
