Standard : 3 Lily : 28th June 2013 : 8.00-9.00a.m : Average : World of Knowledge : A Ride in the Safari Park : Language Art : Reading, listening and speaking : 4.3 By the end of 6 year primary schooling, pupils will be Able to plan, organize and produce creative works for enjoyment. Learning Standard : 4.1.1 Able to enjoy action song and jazz chants through (curriculum specification) non verbal response. 4.3.1 Able to produce simple creative works with guidance based on : a) Action song Language Focus Behavioural Objectives : : By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to: 1. Create creative decoration of animals collage using provided materials. 1

2. Sing and move by the song of animals. 3. Pick and state the features of animals, getting 3 out of 4 correct. 4. Pick and state the food of animals, getting 3 out of 4 correct. Previous Knowledge Instructional Materials : Pupils have seen the animals in the zoo. : Giraffe puppet, laptop, speaker, LCD, Mahjong Paper, Manila cards, flash cards, fluorescent paper, A3 paper, glue, animal pictures, riddles, envelope and worksheets.

Practice (15 minutes)

1. Teacher distributes handout(Appendix 1) to the each pupils. 2. Teacher asks the pupils to complete the handout by cutting the picture of animals and paste the picture in the blank box of the question given in the handout. 3. Then, pupils will fill in the blanks of the missing words of tha jazz chants. 4. Teachers checks and correct the answer together with the pupils.
