Control panel
The service panel is equipped with a switch which enables up to 7 functions. One function can be chosen at a time with the switch. Following the arrows can change the setting up or down, and it will be shown in the display as a reading between 0% and 100%

The control panel needs to be connected to a power supply of 24V DC 10 amp

Air regulation shutter for pre suction - pos. 1

The amount of air that is passing through the product in the pre suction chamber is controlled by a valve regulated by an actuator. If this valve is completely closed, it will be shown as 100% in the display of the service panel = maximum suction. If the valve is completely opened, it will be shown as 0% in the display = minimum suction. It is between these two outer positions, the adjustment that matches the product to be cleaned is found.

Regulation shutter for air velocity in pre suction - pos. 2

The air velocity in the pre suction chamber is controlled by a valve that is regulated by an actuator. When the air velocity is at its highest, it will be shown as 100 % in the display. 0% is shown in the display at the lowest possible air velocity. It will be an interaction between the two regulations for the pre suction system, which brings the highest efficiency for the product to be cleaned.

Regulation of Air lifting hood - pos. 4

NB. Models 102 108 only. The Air lifting hood should be adjusted to at height of approx. 10-20 mm above the product in order to prevent too much false air being sucked into the system. When increasing the capacity it is important to raise the hood so that it does not keep the product back and thus overfill the screen boat. When the hood is at its highest, it is shown as 100% in the display of the control panel. 0% is shown in the display by the lowest possible distance.

Control of the motor for the shaker feeder - pos. 5

Depending on the type of motor for the shaker feeder, it might also be controlled from the service panel, where a percentage reading will show the speed of this motor.

Control of the motor for the Eccentric - pos. 6

Depending on the type of motor for the Eccentric, it might also be controlled from the service panel, where a percentage reading will show the speed of this motor.

Connection and power supply

All the actuators have been mounted and connected to the control panel on the machine. Power supply service panel: The service panel needs to be connected to a power supply that delivers 24V DC. 10amps. This power supply to the service panel is not enclosed in the delivery of the machine. Power supply of motors: All motors have to be connected to the power supply as stated on the signs for each motor.
