1) Security of Electronic Voting Machines What is the evidence? a. Dominion Voting Edge Plus 2 i. Document outlining issues and facts related to the EdgePlus2 1. The System is not compliant with Illinois Election Code or ISBE Rules ii. No longer manufactures the EdgePlus 2 iii. No longer has its WinEds 4.0 System pending approval from the EAC iv. Stated to the Chicago Board of Elections and to Defend the Vote that they were EAC compliant when they are not. v. The deliberate blocking of security testing of their system vi. The EdgePlus2 is not certified by any outside group vii. Howard Cramer stated to Defend the Votes Sharon Meroni that their DRE election system would not pass a vulnerability assessment viii. Howard Cramer told Sharon Meroni that Dominion has withdrawn from the DRE market because the machines are not as secure. They now only manufacture optical scan machines ix. Verified Voting Report 1.
