Introduction (2 minutes)
a) Teacher shows the video to students on how the injury may happen. b) Students watch and listen to the video. c) Teacher explain to students the objectives and important of T.O.T.A.P.S that can be apply to an injury person.

a) Explain the procedure of T.O.T.A.P.S in first aid. Talk Talk to the injury person in order to know the level of injury and to let him calm down. Observe See the signs & symptoms of injury
a) Teacher does the simulation of T.O.T.A.P.S with one of the students while explaining the procedure and phases of T.O.T.A.P.S to the class.
and the body reactions in order to predict how far the seriousness of that injury.
Touch Touch the location of the main problem with fingers to know the level of pain. Active Active movements at the location of the main problem do by the injury person itself. If pain, stop move that area (no need to proceed with the next two phases) Passive Move the joint through its normal and full range of movements by the helper. If pain, stop to move that area (no need to proceed to the last phases). Skill Test the basic skills to the injury area.
movement is done by helper only to the point of pain. * Remove the injury person from the sport arena if he fails with active or passive or skill procedure and bring him to the hospital to get treatment from doctor or paramedic.
Start with the easy one. If the injury person passes all the phases, he can continue to play.
