Lot Sales
Over the past few months, the Town of Nipawin has experienced a major boom in lot sales. Infill lots, as well as lots in the new Coventry subdivision are filling up quickly. Just recently, 13 lots have been purchased and only four vacant lots remain in Coventry. To encourage infill lot development, infill tax incentives have increased to 100% for the first four years after purchase. As sales increase and lot demands rise, new subdivision plans are being proposed to Council for future consideration.
