OJ Vehicle Armoring Division is part of Omar Jibran Engineering Industries, established in 1987. OJ is proud of the 26 years of trust and confidence earned by the best companies in the World namely Toyota, Honda and Pak Suzuki. OJ Armored vehicles are made in state-of-the-art plant of AMC, Adam Motor Company located in Karachi Steel Mills Downstream on 10 acres land with 120,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. This plant is purpose built for Automobile Assembly of all kinds of cars and SUVs.

Quality of Materials
All materials are procured from the worlds most renowned manufacturers. We provide test certificates, on demand, from the manufacturers for the materials. We conduct in-house destructive testing of steel and glass. Quality of Craftsmanship

Quality of after sale service

Standard Features
All opaque/steel surfaces of the passenger cabin are fully Armored by welded ballistic steel. All Windows are either replaced by installing bullet resistant glass or by protecting windows by steel/glass panels inside

Overlaps in all doors are provided to ensure that bullets cannot enter the passenger cabin.

The standard hinges are replaced with specially machined Heavy Duty Hinges.

The standard suspension is replaced by heavy duty suspension system.

Standard Features
All five tyres are equipped with run-flats enabling the vehicle moving when the standard tyres are blown up.

The battery is fully protected by a removable box of ballistic steel.

The fuse-box is fully protected by a removable box of ballistic steel.

The fenders are wherever possible protected by welding ballistic steel plates.

Extra Optional Features

The fuel tank can be protected by a removable box of ballistic steel.

The radiator can be protected by a removable box of ballistic steel.

An intercom communication system can be installed.

Windows can be made to partially open by installing heavy duty hydraulic Actuators.

EN 1063, or CEN 1063, is a security standard created by the European Committee for Standardization for measuring the protective strength of bullet-resistant ballistic materials. A similar classification system primarily used in the United States is NIJ Standard 0108, the U.S. National Institute of Justice's Standard for Ballistic Resistant Protective Materials which includes glass and armor plate.
