UNIFORM
Shirt The Club uniform is a gold and black polo shirt with the Club name and logo printed on it. Shorts Shorts are plain black with no stripes or logos. Spikes Please be aware that spike shoes can only be worn by athletes in the Under 11 age group and older, and then only in single lane events.

Option 1: safety pins Option 2: Velcro Option 3: light stitch in the corner of the tags The shirt MUST be tucked in at the START of each event. If not, it can be grounds for disqualification.

- Competition program changes Prior to us relocating to Erns Clarke Reserve / Coker Park on Saturday afternoons, all clubs part of the Belmont Little Athletics Centre had decided to run the shorter A, B, C programs all year long. Along with the additional lanes and long jump pits, we are aiming to run the program more efficiently this season. We will aim to complete the program in under 4 hours like neighbouring centres.

- Qualification for Centre Championships (2 event rule)This Season every event is repeated 5 times in the season (does not include the 3 Championship Days in Feb/March 2013) In order to qualify for Championships, an athlete must have competed in the event 2 times minimum. For example, if the athlete does Long Jump 2 times in the season and 100m 4 times in the season, he/she will be able to compete in the 100m at championship but not in Long Jump. This rule does not apply for Zones (state event after Championships) but we will talk about this later in the season.-
