Only a 12-minute bus trip from the city centre, this typical Viennese hotel in the green district of Dbling occupies an original Art Nouveau building from 1888, which is unique in all Vienna. Superbly situated in Vienna's finest residential area, Hotel Park Villa is a privately owned establishment combining a traditional ambience with modern comfort. It was converted into a hotel in 1908 and completely renovated in 2006. The comfortable rooms are equipped with many modern amenities. Some rooms also have a balcony or face the garden. All windows in the hotel were replaced with double glazing in summer 2009, providing optimal soundproofing. Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and in the garden free of charge. A laptop is available free of charge in the lobby and in the drawing room. Hotel Park Villa serves a rich breakfast buffet as well as coffee and cake in the afternoon. This is served in the lounge or, if the weather is nice, in the hotels beautiful garden. There are many typically Viennese Heurigen (wine taverns) as well as a wide range of restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
The University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (BOKU) and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration (WU) are close to the hotel and can be reached on foot. 2 large parks are next door. The Hotel Pension Alla Lenz is a family-run hotel with personal and friendly service close to the city centre, Mariahilfer Strasse (Viennas biggest shopping street) and the public transportation network (bus, underground, tram). We offer newly renovated, comfortable and quiet rooms as well as a swimming pool and a terrace with deck chairs that will make your stay all the more pleasant. There is also a parking area and a garage. Our hotel is located close to the major museums, the Hofburg (Imperial Palace), and the Museum Quarter (modern art). In summer you can have breakfast on the roof terrace and enjoy the great views over Vienna. A sauna, a fitness room and a relaxation room can be found in the spa centre. The NH Atterseehaus has a private parking garage (at a charge). The Zieglergasse underground station (line U3) next to the NH Atterseehaus offers direct access to the public transport network. This 4-star hotel is only a 5-minute walk away from the Mariahilfer Strae shopping street and the Western Train Station, and just 1 minute from the Stadthalle (indoor arena). ARCOTEL Wimberger can be easily reached both by car and public transport. The nearest underground station is situated right in front of the hotel. The city centre can be reached by underground in a few minutes. Hotel facilities include a fitness room and a newly renovated spa area with a sauna and a Jacuzzi on the top floor. The restaurant combines Viennese charm and Viennese cuisine with an interior from 1871. It is open daily from 06:30 to 23:00. Joe's Bar is open every night until 02:00. Wireless internet is available free of charge in the entire hotel (except in the restaurant). The modern and cosy rooms are comfortably furnished with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and many other amenities.
