DOPPLER STUDY : Both the common carotids, extracranial parts of internal and external carotids show normal inflow velocity. There is a uniform laminar flow. No evidence of turbulence, bidirectional flow or spectral broadening seen. Both vertebral arteries are normal.

VENOUS DOPPLER - BOTH LOWER LIMBS SKDP Both common femoral, superficial femoral and popliteal veins are normal in calibre and show normal compressibility with spontaneous flow, respiratory phasicity and augmentation of flow on distal compression. Great saphenous vein and sapheno femoral junction on both sides appear normal. No evidence of reflux across either sapheno femoral junction. Anterior and posterior tibial veins on both sides are of normal calibre and show flow within on distal compression.

VENOUS ONE LIMB SKDP common femoral, superficial femoral and popliteal veins are normal in calibre and show normal compressibility with spontaneous flow, respiratory phasicity and augmentation of flow on distal compression. Great saphenous vein and sapheno femoral junction appear normal. No evidence of reflux across the sapheno femoral junction. Anterior tibial and posterior tibial veins are of normal calibre and show flow within on distal compression.

TRANSPLANT KIDNEY : 'B' MODE : Transplant kidney is normal in size and echogenicity. Cortical thickness is normal. Corticomedullary differentiation is normal. Sinus texture is normal. No evidence of perinephric or paravesical collection. Transplant Kidney measures : x mm. Cortical thickness is mm

Doppler : Main renal artery at hilum and intrarenal branches show normal flow velocities and spectral patterns. Resistive indices are in the normal range ( - ). FLOW AND SPECTRUM : PSV EDV cms/sec. cms/sec. Arcuate artery Interlobar artery Segmental artery Main renal artery at hilum at distal part : : : : : R.I.

SCROTAL DOPPLER Both testes are normal in size and show homogenous echotexture. No evidence of focal lesions on either side. Testicular vascularity on both sides are normal. Right testis measures : Left testis measures : Both epididymes are normal in size and echotexture and show normal vascularity. Right epididymal head measures : Left epididymal head measures : Peritesticular veins on both sides are not dilated. Scrotal wall on both sides is normal.

THYROID Right lobe of thyroid measures : Left lobe of thyroid measures : Isthmus measures : Both lobes of thyroid and the isthmus are normal in size and echotexture. No evidence of any focal or diffuse lesions. No significant cervical lymphadenopathy. Major neck vessels appear grossly normal.

CTCHEST Serial axial sections of chest were studied. MEDIASTINUM : Fat and vascular structures are normal. Trachea, carina, right and left main bronchi are normal. BOTH LUNGS : Bronchial tree, vessels and parenchyma are normal. Pleura is normal on both sides. Bones and soft tissues are normal.
