If sexual desire is involved, then the man should not look at any part of a womans body in cases/rows 2, 3 and 4.
The outer garments should be large enough to hide all the organs-to-be-covered and loose-fitting enough to cover even the shape, and highs and lows of those organs.

Non-Mahram: Some examples cousin (offspring of parents siblings), husbands brother, sister s husband, husbands sister s husband, mother s sister s husband, father s sister s husband, husbands parents brother, husbands parent s sister s husband, husbands sibling s son, etc.
Mahram: Present husband, father, parent s father, parent s brother, husbands father, son, offspring s son, husbands son from some other wife, daughter s husband, brother, sibling s son; any other person with whom marriage is prohibited forever; Small children below the age of adolescence (usually less than 10 years)
