POOL FARES AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIP JUDGES 2013 POOL FARES ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DELEGATES 2013 PERCENTAGES FOR POOL FARE CALCULATIONS FOR 2013/2014 POOL FARES FEDERAL TECHNICAL CONFERENCE 2013/2014 COMBINED POOL FARES AS ABOVE

The DDA Constitution provides that the actual cost of the fares of all judges officiating at the Australian Championships will be pooled and a levy struck on all affiliated States to meet such expenses. This levy has been determined according to the percentages calculated in National Circular No. 5/2012-13 dated 28 August 2012. It has been necessary to exclude DDTAS from these calculations as the State did not affiliate with DDA last season. After sighting the tickets held by the judges, the following calculations have been made:

The DDA Constitution provides that the actual cost of the fares of all State Delegates attending the Annual General Meeting will be pooled and a levy struck on all affiliated States to meet such expenses. It further provides that the Association will pay a levy equal to one-seventh of the pool fare total. Again, this levy has been determined according to the percentages calculated in National Circular No. 5/2012-13 dated 28 August 2012, after excluding DDTAS. After sighting the tickets held by the delegates, the following calculations have been made:

Would all State Associations please note that amounts are now due and payable as advised in this National Circular. Individual invoices will not be issued and State Secretaries are asked to copy this circular for their Finance Directors in order for the amounts to be paid promptly. DDNSW, DDQ, DDTAS and DDV are requested to send one cheque for the amount payable as shown in table no. 5. These amounts are requested to be paid without delay so that the refunds due to DDSA and DDWA can be settled as quickly as possible.
