21DJC Day 1

What Would You DoIf You Have 1 Million Dollars?

First off, I want to say I m blown away by your enthusiasm for the challenge. Many of you jumped on board upon the opening for sign ups 3 days ago. Some of you ha ve experience journaling in the past; while the rest donot journal, but are keen to give it a shot. We now have an amazing 428 official, registered participants , and it s increasing as we speak! For the 428 of you who have registered, I want you to give yourself a pat on you r back. Because you have put your name up for the challenge, you have sent out t he intention to theuniverse that you want to grow. And trust me this is what s goi ng to happen in this 21-day journaling challenge. As long as you commit yourself to journal the questions assigned every day, you *will* grow in your consciousn ess , in your self-awareness, in your connection with your inner self . Read: 8 Tips To Excel in 21DJC I ve written a list of 8 Tips To Excel in 21DJC in the announcement post. Please m ake sure you read them and follow them to a tee to get the best out of the chall enge. Please Use Proper English Because this is a journaling challenge and there are potentially going to be lon g passages of text, I require the cooperation of everyone to follow Tip#6 in par ticular which is on using proper capitalization, punctuation, spelling and gramm ar in your answers. I noticed some registrants using chat speak when signing up (e.g. i did all d thi ng over and out wid ney email id ) and some registrants using full capital letters (e.g. I LOVE THIS IDEA AND I WOULD LIKE TO SIGN UP FOR THE NOVEMBER CHALLENGE AS WELL ). While it s only a small handful of registrants, it s honestly quite painful t oread such posts, and enough to ruin the experience of the challenge. We re doing this as a community, so let s be considerate to everyone who will be rea ding our answers. Use capital letters if it s the first letter of the sentence; sm all letters for the rest. Useproper English words that you d find in a dictionary, not chat speak/short hands. Punctuate accordingly use commas and semi colons wh ere necessary; avoid run-on sentences. Do a quick scan to make sure your spellin g is right before you post your answers. Let s make this a positive experience for everyone who s taking part! (For participants who do not comply with #6 in your answers, I m afraid I d have to remove your postings, for the benefit of the community. I seek your understandin g on this Thank you!) With that said, let s now move to our first question, shall we? 21DJC Day 1 Today s question is a simple, age-old, yet powerful question: What Would You Do If You Have 1 Million Dollars? Seriously what would you do? Would you save them in a bank? Would you use them t o buy stocks? Would you share them with other people? Would you invest the money in your business?Would you give them away to charity? Would you quit what you re doing and start a whole new life? What would you do with your million dollars? (Today s question can be found in #45 of 101 Important Questions To Ask Yourself I n Life .) Put on your reflection cap and let your thoughts flow. Below is an empty form wh ich you can use to write your answers to the question. Treat it as your private 21DJC journaling room , if you will. You will be seeing this form every day, for th e 21 days of the challenge. There s a button for you to keep track of your word co unt too, if you re interested. Jess Says: November 7th, 2011 at 4:49 am If I had 1 million dollars, I would try my damnest not to blow it all at once. T hisis what I d like to do Firstly, I would set myself, with a reasonable house and car, nothing too big or flashy, just something nice and comfortable. Next, I would do something special for all those people that I admire and have b een there for me, my parents, some of my work mates etc. Then, I would set up a savings accountfor my uni expenses. The rest, for the mean time, would go into a term deposit, allowing me to donate monies to local groups and having enough to dip into when (or if) the time come s for moving to the city or marriage or having kids. And of course, treat myself from time to time spending a little on something to pamper myself with, or buy something I love. Like: +5 Brenda Says: November 7th, 2011 at 4:54 am Truthfully I would buy a house and work on making myself a happier person physic ally. I would give money to my church and family. I would resolve any financial issues and debts that I have. I would purchase real estate and rent it so that I have steadyincome. I would take some money to have fun and spend but I would sa ve alotof it as well. I know that money does not define happiness but it would h elp me financially definitely. Like: +3 Pat Fuller Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:04 am So many ideas bombard me at once. I want to write that I would pay off my debts and my children s. Then, set up atrust for my grandchildren. Those are important g oals for me. Every day I getrequests for financial help from many worthy causes. I chair the mission teamat my church and know of many worthy causes, local, sta te, national, and international. I have missionary friends in China, Kazakhstan, Chile, Paraguay, and soon to be The Philippines. It would be awesome to share s ome of that money with them. Another idea that I ve pondered is to find in inner c ity youth and offer to paytheir way to college. I really don t knowhow far $1 mill ion dollars would go, but, after paying off my debts, I would give it away to hel p family first and then theworld. Like: +3 Iwona Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:20 am 1 million dollars is not a lot of money nowadays in Vancouver, BC Canada dueto t he high real estate costs. I would upgrade from 2 bedroom to 3 bedroomapartment in Yaletown, with an unobstructed ocean view and this would exhaust the fund rig ht away. Living mortgage free would give me the freedom to save the maximum amou nt from my current job which in turn would allow me to retire in about 10 years. I could also choose contract work instead of working full time and work when I feel like only. Once I havethe cost of my accomodation resolved permamently I co uld live very simply as Vancouver urban environment provides all entertinement n eeded to life: oceanat my door steps, mountains 30 minutes away and cultural liv e right where I live. I have everything else I need: family, health, friends, post-graduate education,

children and a dog so the nice place to live is the only material need I need t o fullfill. What I am short on is the most precious commodity: time not having t o work full-time or for the next 30 years would provide more time to my disposal for whatever activities I chose to devote myself to. Like: +5 Christine Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:20 am If I had 1 Million Dollars, as per previously planned in my bucket list, firstly , I d like to use some of the money to help my husband with the mortgage of our ve ry own first house and buy all the stuff we need to build our dream house. Secondly, I plan to send some money to my parents in Indonesia so they can purch ase insurance (which is quite expensive for older people), get a decent brand ne w car and have some savings for my little brother s university fees and their dail y life necessities. Third, I d like also to spare some budget for yearly overseas trip with my husband and/or with my parents as I believe that travelling would b roaden one s mind. Lastly, in the mean time, the rests would go to long-term savin gsdeposit/property investments for futureuse. By the way, even though I had 1 MillionDollars, I don t think I would quit working yet since by keep on working Iwould stay connected with people out there and ke ep my mind sharp (although work can be stressful at times). Like: +6 Jen Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:33 am If I had one million dollars, the very firstthing I would do is pay off my law s chool loans. I am a recent graduate and I paid for school myself, so I have outs tanding loans. I didn t borrow irresponsibly, but this is my first time being in d ebt in my life. The debt hangs over my head in an abstract way, and, more concret ely, the loans definitely limit what sorts of jobs I can take, where I live, etc . I don t regret going to school, and I know education is a good investment, but m y debt is a stressor in my life. After paying off my loans, I would give my parents some money I have no idea how much. They paid for my undergraduate education out of their own pockets, for whi ch I m really grateful. I would pay them back for that, and I would also help them pay off their house. I don t know for sure whether they want to move to a new hou se or not, but if the house they own now were paid off, they would bemore free t o move when and if they wanted to. Third, I would go on a trip with a friend. Nothing extravagant probably just a sm all trip in the US, or maybe an inexpensive trip abroad. But it s been years since I ve been on a real vacation, and it would be nice to get away for a week. Plus, t here s a friend in particularwho I know also needs a vacation, and I would love fo r us to go together. Maybe to the coast in North Carolina. Then, I would put whatever was left into a savings account or very low-risk inve stment funds. I want to buy a house and raise a family in the future, and it wou ld be reassuring to know that I had already started saving for that part of my l ife. Like: +5 Lylin Aguas Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:38 am What would I do if I had a million dollars? My first reaction would be to sitdow n and try to sink in that I have a million at my disposal. Once I ve done that, I d think of the first three things I d spend them on. The first thought that came to my mind was to share some of it to charity. There s so much to be thankful for. The million would be a bonus so why not share some t o those who have so much need for it? The second thought was to invest the money and buy good real estate properties t o make sure my family s future is taken cared of. And last, I d make sure I save some for myself and family to enjoy life together :) Like: +2 Dinesh Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:47 am

If i have a million dollars, i would split it into the following: 1) Take a big chunk and invest it in properties to let the money grow 2) Definitely donate to the poor & underprivileged 3) Use the money to go for more holidays around the world (to give me abetter vi ew of the world and perhaps discover some new passions) 4) Help others unveil their through potential Well, these are the things that crossed my mind now. I will not quit my day job yet because i m still working on finding my passion. I m working concurrently but once i find my passion, i will spend more time with my passion and eventually let go of my 9-5 job. I will let the money grow on it s own by reinvesting the profits while i can focus on other passions as well. In this way, i don t have to work for 8 hours a day cooped up in the office and i can spe nd my time wisely with things i enjoy doing. Like: +2 Sunny Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:54 am If I had a million dollars, I would sing that song by the Barenaked Ladies! After that I would: pay off my debt including my mortgage put $500,000 into my retirement fund put $50,000 into each of my kids education fund put $20,000 into my own education fund put $50,000 into my travel fund give my mother $50,000 donate the rest to various charities andrandom strangers I would still continue to work as I enjoymy job. I would look into reducing my h ours to coincide with my kids school schedule. And take the summers off touse up my travel fund! I would continue to live in my current home as it is just enough space. I would look into the cost of renovating my kitchen and bathrooms but that would be paid for by my regular salary. The only reason I would move is if my neighbours knew about my sudden influx of cash. Other than being debt-free, life would remain the same for me. I think I have a great life and wouldn t change it. Like: +5 Aparna Says: November 7th, 2011 at 5:54 am a. I would repay the home loan taken from the bank b. Most of the money will go into my school funds because I m still very young (peop le who know me on PEF will know that I m 10  ) But here s what I ll do: - Save money for next time to buy a house and car. Nothing flashy and nothing to o much. The house must be comfortable and convenient and the car well, let s say nic e but cheap. - Save money for my school funds (if I m not going into a government school, it ll b e a great help because otherwise the fees are super high)!! - Give my parents money - Donate it to the under-privellaged andneedy, the children who are sick but can not seek medical treatment, etc. - Save money for myself when I grow older. (holidays, etc.) - Buy a laptop (it doesn t have to be too expensive) one that is fast and not a ma c so that I can work on my website whenever I want to. - Bank it for rainy days. I can t think of anything else but these,to me, seem like a great idea so far. First, I will give my family one tenths of the money ($100,000) to whatev er they want to spend it on, pay off bills etc. Second, I would take another thr ee tenths of the money and save it in a bank for future use (such as college, re nt, and more). Third, I wouldtake another tenths and buy things I like. Being a natural saver, I probably would not buy much things and just save the rest into the bank. Fourth (I have half a million left now), I would take some of the mone y (another tenth) and take classes, buy stocks, and more to increase my skills a nd maybe earn more money. The rest of the $400,000 would probably go towards get ting a job, charity, future children (if I have any), friends and family that ha s been there for me, and of course, my bucket list as well as retirement. There sure is a lot to do with a million. Idefinitely think that most of it will go into savings currently as of right now though. In fact (seeing as I am not v ery old right now), I think I would onlytake two thousand out and buy myself nic e things, give about 30,000 for my mom to buy a nice car because a lady just ran over hers a few days ago, and save the rest up for the future. ph. Like: 0 Matt Says: November 7th, 2011 at 6:29 am What would I do if I had 1 million dollars? One million dollars could make a tremendous difference in a persons life.I have known some people who spend a large amount of mental energy thinking about money . Usually it involves worrying about the lack of it. I don t think that being rich and buying expensive things can make a person happy but having peace of mind ab out your finances could dramatically improvea person s overall mental well being. A million dollars could certainly do this. My initial reaction to having this money would of course be very excited and joy ful. Whether i earned the money, won it, or was given it could make a difference . Of course my mind would go to what new toys I would buy and what I would immed iately do this this money. The thing is though I have no idea howto manage that much money! I recall articl es I have read about people who have won the lottery but within 10 years end up in a worse financial situation than they were at before they won. I have read th at this happens to the majority of lottery winners in the US. Some may think, Oh that would never happen to me. Those people were just dumb. I would be smart abo ut it. Part of me thinks the same thing but unless you have ever had that much mo ney I wouldn t be so sure. If I had that much money today I would probably want to spend it on a few frivol ous things like a trip or nice gifts for loved ones. I wouldn t want tospend too m uch though. Since I already stated I wouldn t know how to handle the money I would want to save it. I would likely contact a professional who could advise me on w hat to do. I would want to invest it insafe and secure ways. That means I probab ly would not want to sink all my money into some new start up company or buy sto ck. I would just want to save as much as I could and see how I could collect ine rest in safe ways. I would want to quit my current job but I m not sure that would quit working altog ether. Quitting my job and just doing whatever I pleased might sound enticing at first but I thinkit would become quite unsatisfying within a couple of weeks. O ne of my life goals is to spend most of my daily time on work that is important and fulfilling to me. I think having one milliondollars would give me that oppor tunity.I might go back to school to get training in art or business. I would wan tto pursue dreams that I currently put off because my current job (and inner lim iting beliefs). That would be the greatest thing that I think could come out of having that much money. Just having the financial security to pursue my own dreams. Now that I w rite this I m realising therewould really be no need to wait to have that much mon ey. As a math person, I would divide my money for investment, for better purposes an d for personal pleasure. Investment for half a million, a quarter would go to be tter purposes like donation to a charity and my family andloved ones use, and th e last quarter would be left for me again. But i think i will use it for my love d ones still and just very little for my own pleasure. Probably, that last quart er would go to gifts for my loved ones. If that could buy them health plans and things that will enable them to live a better and healthier life, then i would b e very willing to give it to them. But then again, I can recognise all this now and get a move on with life. Like: +1 Lavanya Says: November 7th, 2011 at 7:16 am What would you do if you have 1 million dollars (5 crore rupees) The first thought that comes to my mind is how to plan my immediate financial in dependence. I would probably keep say 2 years expense (based on monthly budget) in some kind of fixed deposit, some lakhs for medical emergencies Then I would buy a 2 floor house, where I can live in one floor and rent the oth er one. Then explore some kindof long term financial investments (stocks or busi ness) which will generaterevenue. Then I would set aside some money tobuy a land in each of my child s name. I would then keep aside a set of money for immediate worldwide travelling. May b e a year of travelling with husband and kids. Then I would set aside some money forfurther studies. Come back home and spend h alf a day in regular duties the rest half for studies and contemplating and taki ng baby steps in the area where I feel I would be happy working. So the key point is my mind says if I have money I will stop working, spend time with family and really focus to find out my life s purpose which at present is qu ite unclear and my mind is so full ofdaily activities/duties that it finds lots ofexcuses like no time, tiredness and busyness to do something I like on my own. To be more specific, after I have done some travelling and I am back home, I wil l start to learn cooking, different dance forms, swimming, get a degree or some research on people based subjects like counseling/coaching. I am not sure if I a m good at it or I would like doing it every day, but my current instincts keep p ushing me in that direction. I would probably want to write, write and write. What in specific I don t know. I just like typing away thoughts that come to my mind always. I feel relaxed if I either type down lots of paragraphs from books and other sources or just type do wn my thoughts. I would read, read, read and read lots of books. Any kind of book. I just get lo st and lose track of time. I would want to sleep every day in the afternoon for 1-2 hourrs to be relaxed wh en my kids get back from home, so Ihave lots of patience with them. I would like to watch at least 2 movies a day. I would like to get dressed up!!! !!! and may be explore options of acting as a career !!!!! I love being in front of the camera (still/video). I always dream of doing dance stage shows and my feet starts tapping the moment I hear music. First of all I would just quit my job and sit at home and get my daily routine t o a even better state. I would ideally like to spend time to learn healthy and q uick fix recipes which gives me and myfamily a good nutition and does not take t oo much time in the kitchen. I would like to set this up so easy and well that t he family members can take care of their own part even in my absence. Initially probably I would just go for a 2 week to 1 month long vacation somewhe re alone where I don t have to worry about taking care of anybody or any activity. Somebody brings me food, a clean quiet place and lots of time on my own to just rest my body and mind. And come back with clarity of thought and eagerness to b e back with my family and world !!!! Come back and set into a good routine as mentioned above and have special time f or husband, parents, siblings and kids. Then slowly start on my hobbies and further education. Like: 0

Like: 0 FB Says: November 7th, 2011 at 7:37 am I would invest it: to generate more income (i.e. stocks) as well as in experienc es (i.e. travel, eating). I don tthink I could not spend it on material items (i.e . high quality well-crafted clothing, jewelry), but the first would give me more satisfaction in the long run than having things. Because right now, I have a lo t of things. Each of these things are not worth a lot of money, but if you add t hem all up, they used up all of my money. And owning so many things, I should co nsider myself rich, but I don t. There is a quote, The more you own, the more that owns you. So I think I would use 1 million dollars to get out ofmy material rut a nd enjoy life through experiences, and in order to fuel the ability to do so for many, many years on, I would make sure I set aside and utilize money that would generate more money. I read a few previous posts about how others would give to charity. I would also set aside some money, but I feel that if I lived my life with integrity and res pect for others, that would be the most beneficial to the world. Money can cause ripple effects, but so do my actions. For example, here in America, Iwill not s hop at Wal-Mart after learning about their practices. Why? Because it is pointle ss to give a negligent companymoney to grow and then have to give money to chari ties to fix the social and economic problems caused by Wal-Mart. Another example is by purchasing organic food. But aside fromthese, activism is more important than giving money to a charity. Paying attention to local politics is more impor tant. Actually getting out to vote is more important. Being receptive to the ide a that one is not always right and having the humility to be wrong and to work t owards being a better person is more important. Using one million dollars for personal excellence, for self-improvement, to beco me a more compassionate, educated, worldly, honest human being, to me, is the be st way to spendit. Like: +1 Luis Magalhes Says: November 7th, 2011 at 7:38 am One Milllion dollars is a funny number it s a lot of money to make, yet it s hardly enough to spend without consideration. I d buy a nice house by the beach not the one I want the most, because one million dollars is not enough for that but a nice one. Real estate is stilla good deal around here so I m pretty sure I could sell it for a profit if I got the chance to buy my dream house. I figure a nice house in this area would set me back around

500.000. I d set apart something like 100.000 to pay for my sister s college and whatever els e she needed, and I d givean extra 100.000 to my parents just forthe heck of it. So now I d have something like 300.000 left I d give another 100.000 to the local vo luntary firemen. I ve always felt like they were underfunded and they do good work for the people aroudn here. Finally, I would reduce my working hours to half what they are, so I could spend more time on my other projects my blogs, my book. I d do this for about a year, a nd I d use the remaining200.000 to support myself and to travel a bit around the w orld. I can be pretty frugal when I want to so they d last me quite a bit. However, I was a bit disappointed to read the first question and her e came the thoughts Oh no Not again Then I thought, I never had this kind of money and although would have heard thi s question umpteeenth number of times, was yet to give it a serious thought even once. I am a firm believer that people should always constrain their wants as there ar e not enough means available in our ecosystem to satiate the ever growing wants of everyone, irrespective of the fact whether an individual possesses the requir ed resources or not. Getting a million dollars now would free my mind from worrying about my finances and I will be able to devote more time and effort towards my passion, i.e to ed ucate those children who don t have access to schools because of varied reasons. I l l spend 20% of the fortune to get myself a decent house, pay-off my education lo an and the Home loan on my parent shouse and travel around the world withthe remai ning amount(want to see theGreat Migration in Africa in a Hot air balloon). The next 20% will be invested in such a manner which will provide me sufficient liqu idity every month, without eroding the capital for the rest of my life.(It is po ssible);-) The next 30% will be used to set up a residential school for the underprivileged /orphan kids providing free stay/food/education. Out of the remaining 30%, 20% w ill be spent to create an infrastructure which will be similar to any open air t heatre which willallow me to run classes in the morning to a lot of other kids w ho cannot be educated in the residential mode. The same infrastructure then can be used to generate revenue by actually acting as an Open air Theatre( although I am yet to test the feasibilty of this concept. Worth a try though!!!) The remaining 10%, will be used to provide for the costing of the school in the initial 2-3 years, by which time I willarrange for further funding from Govt./CR Y etc I might make some structural changes later on depending on the feasibilty in the prevailing scenario, but more or lessthis is my idea of spending a Million $. Cheers;-) Like: 0 Louise Says: November 7th, 2011 at 7:48 am I d pay off all my debts. That would be the mortgage & the business loans. I d have $300K left. We d have family time to regroup a nd enjoy each other without constant work & staff demands. What ever was left, w ould just go into the bank. On return, I d have the financial freedom to re-config ure my healthcare practice that is slowly eating away at my health because I fai led to put in appropriate boundaries. I d only see patients 3 days/week & spend th e other time reading/studying & writing to share thisknowledge with more of the people who desperately need this guidance. That way I d be contributing to my socie ty in the best way I can rather than donating to others to implement. And I would definitely continue my studies and I would try to get into my dream job. - I would get my drivers license and I would buy a small car for myself. - I would get a small apartment for myself, nothing too fancy, just a small conf ortable place. - I would travel to Mexico to visit my best friend. - I would do something special for all those people who have been there for me. - I would travel to Tibet. - i would buy a house near the beach for my parents. - I would give some to my brother. - I would invest some money on something. (I would probably need somebody to hel p me do that) - I would start a project to help the people in need in the world. I dont know wh at kind of project would be the best. Im sure that if all the rich and powerful people in the world helped others or do nated a small amount of their money there would be no hungry people on earth. First some numbers. Correct me, if I m wrong. If I would put it in the bank and have one percent return 1% of one million= 100 00 Usd = around 7260 Eur/year= 605 Eur/month. Not an instant solution to all of the lifes problems, but a decent amount still. I would not change much in my lifestyle. I m generaly happy and alreadyslowly work ing towards my goals, but having spare money would accelerate the process by far . I would be able to afford private lessons, buy more books, afford to pay profe ssionals to handle parts of my creative projects etc. (..I dreamed a bit of which projects I would do.. But they have too much specifi c details). Then I came to conclusion: Am I sure, that I m doing my best to achieve those goal s in my currect life situation? Have I done my share of the job and only thing, that there is left is dependant on others? Absolutely not. Even with the money I would still needto search for professionals and approach them. (I concluded this exercise with a list of what can I do right now to make me mov e closer to the one particular goal, but it s also a bit too specific to share). Like: +2 Iva Says: November 7th, 2011 at 8:30 am What Would I Do If I Had 1 Million Dollars? Making more than 1 million dollars is on my bucket list and I know I am going to have it (probably in next 2 years). When I would have it, I would be super exci ted and happy. I might go little crazy too and be like; I would buy this, buy th at and everything that is possible in 1 million dollars. But then, I would sit d own, take a deep breath, relax and plan what I am gonna do withthe 1 million dol lars. Firstly, I would buy a house and find tenants to give it on rent because I ama s tudent and where I am from, we livewith our parents until we get married, so wit h being a great investment, the house would also be a passive income stream (fro m the rent). Next, I would save some money in bank under some scheme so that I would have ano ther passive income stream from the interest I would be getting from it. Then, I would buy gifts for my parents, brother and some close friends. Then, I would go to an orphanage and an old age home. I ll find about the things t hat they need that are in my budget and provide those things to them. I always p refer to buy the thingsmyself and give it to the people in need rather than givi ng money to a middleman and not knowing if the person in need got those things o r the middleman kept the money. I do give money in charity to NGOs where I can tre ach the people myself, but otherwise, I always prefer to contact the people dire ctly. Then, I would pamper myself by buyingthings that I want and getting an appointme nt at a spa for some kind of relaxing treatment Like: 0 Stacie Says: November 7th, 2011 at 8:33 am First thing s first, I would take my Grandpa to Spain. He has always wanted visit Avila, Spain; Our family name and where my family came to America from. Next I w ould help our any family members or friends that were struggling financially, be fore I left for the year. The next year (maybe more) I would spend traveling the world. I would volunteer everywhere I went and meetas many people and experience as many places possible. I love to learn and also share my knowledge with others. Like: +1 EllaElla Says: November 7th, 2011 at 8:37 am Million dollars I would be ok with half of it. First thing that comes to my mindis to move out of my parents place. Butmore important is to move my parents out to a nice neighborhood. Perhaps they would like to move to the country. The point is, first I would make their wishes come true, than I would take care of myself. They have done so much for me with so little, andeven if I would live on minimu

m wage I know I will take care of them in the future. They were driving me crazy last night with their stupid questions and allI could think of is that I need t o find my own place to live, but somehow, nomatter how crazy and annoying they a re, they are my family, the ones that are always here and I want to be therefor them. Million dollars Well, as I said, I would get my own apartment, car and stuff like that. I would love to spend it all on one big trip around the world. But, I woul d be smarter than that, and just get the essentials, like the apartment and then put the rest in a bank and continue with my life as if I don t have any money. It would be so good to have a tiny bit of that money now so I could quit the job I hate and do something I love. Right now, that is not an option. It is so hard to find work that anything is better than nothing. But, I m not giving up, today is a job search day. I hate that money matters.
