and accessories.

Standard formats are organized in three tiers that include varying levels of paper and printed security features. From the very small
business to the large corporation, Uncompromised Checks meet the needs of every customer and ensure solutions for all check requirements.

Security
Fraud prevention is the foundation and core of our check offering. A wide range of security options are available. All Uncompromised Checks
easily surpass ordinary care standards as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code and have been tested and determined in compliance with
Check 21 and ANSI X9.7. For a complete list of available security features in each tier you may reference our Security Features Grid.

Streamlined manufacturing and expertise result in unbeatable delivery. Standard checks ship in three work days and our top tier,
Uncompromised Premier, ship in 24 hours! Custom and long run blank checks ship in seven work days or less!

Value
Uncompromised Checks offer great value in print quality, fast delivery and fraud protection. Security features are of no use if they are not
obvious. Our check designs ensure security features are easily recognized by check verifiers.

Uncompromised Check Solutions Standard Check Tiers

Tier #1: Uncompromised Checks

The Uncompromised Check tier is an economical option that provides well above the minimum eight security features needed to qualify as
“high security checks.” Customers who use Uncompromised Checks greatly reduce their liability in check fraud loss.

Uncompromised Checks have a uniquely designed check background available in nine background colors. The face of the check contains a
heat reactive, Thermochromic Icon and the back contains a Chemical Wash Warning box. These features can make tampering very obvious to
the check verifier and effectively prevent loss. Refer to page 3 for details about these features. Refer to pages 10-11 for more on this tier.

Tier #2: Uncompromised Plus

Uncompromised Plus takes check security to the next level! In addition to the features available in the Uncompromised tier, Uncompromised
Plus includes an invisible fluorescent logo printed in the signature area of the check. This feature serves as an effective authentication tool.
See page 3 for details. The Plus Check background is unique in design, difficult to copy and available in four background colors. Refer to pages
8-9 for more on this tier.

Tier #3: Uncompromised Premier Checks

Uncompromised Premier is the most robust level in our standard check offering. The Premier line includes three layers of check security
options; Granite/Parchment/Linen, 3D/Financial Secure and our top of the line offering; Hologram Secure.

Granite/Parchment/Linen Checks
Unique check backgrounds enhance image as well as provide security. Three distinctive textures, Granite, Parchment and Linen are available
in a wide variety of background colors. These backgrounds are difficult to duplicate and the warning bands alert the handler that the check
contains security features. Granite, Parchment and Linen Checks are printed on laser compatible paper and feature Toner Adhesion and an
Artificial Watermark. Toner adhesion is a chemical coating that prevents the lifting or alteration of printed information on checks; a common
method of check fraud. An artificial watermark is an economical alternative to the True Fourdrinier Watermark. These marks can be viewed at
a 45 degree angle but cannot be captured by copiers or scanners which reads marks at a 90 degree angle.

As with the Plus tier, G/P/L Checks also have an invisible fluorescent logo that appears in the signature area of the check, an effective tool used
for authentication. See page 3 for details about this feature.

 Security Features Overview

3D/Financial Secure Checks

Prismatic backgrounds present a significant challenge for counterfeiters to successfully duplicate. 3D Secure Checks offer two choices of
prismatic colors; Burgundy-Gray-Green and Blue-Rose-Yellow. In addition, 3D Secure prismatic backgrounds include a three dimensional
image of the word Secure. 3D Secure check stock is not sold blank, further protecting you from counterfeiters.

Financial Secure offers a choice of two prismatic backgrounds, Blue-Red-Blue or Green-Tan-Green. Both 3D and Financial Secure Checks are
printed on the finest security paper available and include a True Fourdrinier Watermark and Toner Adhesion.

Hologram Secure Checks

Hologram Secure Checks are the premier choice to prevent forgery. A hologram is a three dimensional metallic image fused to the sheet and
is considered one of the most unique and effective deterrents to forgery. Holograms are commonly referred to as an excellent but expensive
defense against counterfeiting. Uncompromised Check Solutions provide this high end security option at an economical price.

Hologram Secure Checks are printed on the finest security paper available and include a True Fourdrinier Watermark and Toner Adhesion.
Hologram Secure check stock is not sold blank, further protecting you from counterfeiters. Refer to page 6 for more on this tier.

Security Feature Highlights

1. Thermochromic Keyhole Icon

All Uncompromised Checks feature a keyhole icon printed in red thermochromic ink on the front of the check. Thermochromic inks react to
changes in temperature. If you touch or blow on the icon it will disappear. The icon will reappear after it cools. The thermochromic ink’s
reaction to temperature changes cannot be replicated on a color copier or laser printers, making this security feature an excellent deterrent
to forgery.

2. Invisible Fluorescent Logo

The Uncompromised Logo is printed in an invisible fluorescent ink in the signature area of the Plus tier and the Premier tier (at the Granite/
Parchment/Linen level). It can only be seen when viewed with a black light and serves as a very useful tool to authenticate a check. This mark
is highly difficult to reproduce and is called out in the warning band discouraging the counterfeiter to attempt copying the check.

3. Chemical Wash Warning Box

Uncompromised Checks that are printed on chemically reactive paper have a Chemical Wash Warning Box on the backer. The warning box calls
the attention of the check verifier to the color of the check paper. Any discoloration within the box may indicate the check has been tampered
with and should stop the verifier from processing the check.

A Hologram is a three dimensional metallic image fused to the sheet. Holograms are one of the most unique and effective deterrents to
forgery. The advanced optical technologies used have two main advantages: they are instantly recognizable to the naked eye and uniquely
resistant to counterfeiting. Hologram Secure Checks are the premier choice when trying to protect official documents from forgery.

3D Secure Checks are prismatic checks with the word Secure in the background making the check design extremely difficult to duplicate.
The two choices of prismatic colors are Burgundy-Gray-Green and Blue-Rose-Yellow. The word Secure appears three dimensionally in

Custom Check Security

Uncompromised Check Solutions is authorized by the Check Payment Systems Association to illustrate their registered certification mark; the
padlock icon. The padlock icon provides an indication to all parties accepting checks that additional security features have been incorporated
in at least one or more of either the design, the production process, or the materials being used to produce the check. Custom checks must
contain at least two additional overt security features in order for the padlock icon to be printed on the check.

Uncompromised Custom Checks can be produced with a wide variety of customized security features and materials.
