METHOD OF INSTRUCTIONS AND EXAMINATION "The Method of Instructions and Examinations is based on Open Learning System." Term end examination will be held as per scheme notified from time to time. Examination schedule is intimated in the admission letter so as to enable the students to plan accordingly for the examinations. Student can exercise the option to clear the papers in piece-meal whenever examination is held/requested. Being flexible examination system student is to reappear for examination in such susbjects only in which he/she has been absent or could not successfully complete.

Procedure/Instruction For Admission in Distance Learning Program

A) Prospectus /Application form can be obtained from the institute on payment of Rs. 100/(Rs 250/- for overseas) by Demand Draft drawn in favour of IICT payable at Lucknow. or You candownload free from iict website. You can submit Online admissionform . (B) There is no entrance test for admission. It is direct admission. (c) The Admission into the IICT Distance Learning Programs is open throughout the year and you can enroll at any time if you meet the eligibility criteria. On receiving the filled-in application form along with the course fee, the institute will scrutinise the same and student who fulfil the admission criteria will be admitted.

1. Application for admission should be sent in the prescribed form along with the course fee. 2. The filled in application should be submitted to the institute on or before the last date specified. The institute is not responsible for any postal delay. 3. Completed applications with a late fee of Rs. 100/- can also be deposited within 7 days after the last date specified. 4. Students need not send/submit their original certificates. The following self attested documents are to be enclosed along with the filled-in application The following documents are to be attached with the completed Application Form.

Two passport size photographs Photocopy of the Degree or the final year mark Sheet.

Photocopy of the High School Certificate for the verification of the date of birth, Student's and Father's name. Demand Draft of fee / cash deposit slip of bank / transaction detail in case of electronic transfer.

5. Admitted students will be allotted an enrolment number. 6. All fee should be paid by A/C payee Bank Draft in favour of Indian Institute of Commerce and Trade payable at Lucknow. Cash can be deposited personally. 7. Study Material will be sent/issued periodically 8. Fee once paid shall neither be returned nor adjusted against any other program of IICT. 9. Fee schedule should be strictly observed by student for payment of fee by installment , failing which dispatch/issue of study material shall be withheld. 10. 12. The Director of the Institute reserves the right to accept or reject an application without assigning any reason what so ever. 13. The Institute shall not be held responsible in any way for any consequence whatsoever may arise if a student does not receive any correspondence, study materials, question papers, Examination intimation, result etc. which are sent only by ordinary post. However, if a student desires that his / her study material be sent by Registered post / Courier, the same can be done on payment of additional specified fee for registered postage etc. IMPORTANT WARNING :- IICT has not authorized any individual or institute anywhere in india or abroad as its representative / Education Counselor. Students are advised to submit filled in application form directly to IICT Lucknow . Fee should be sent either through Demand Draft or Electronic fund transfer to our Account. Cash can be deposited directly at IICT Lucknow office only.

NOTE (1) Students appearing in final year examination of Graduation / 10+2 as the case may be can also apply/enrol. (2) Three year Diploma in Engineering from board of technical examination after 10+2 with minimum 3 years of supervisory experience eligible for MBA program. (3) Medium of instruction for all courses is English. JOINING OF THE COURSE: Completed applications with a late fee of Rs. 100/- can also be deposited within 7 days after the last date of deposit given on application form. FAST TRACK SYSTEM To facilitate early completion of the courses, IICT offer fast track system for those students who are confident to complete the courses of their study in short period.The duration of various courses under the fast track system is given as below: 1) 2 year course in 1 Year 2) 1 year course in 8 months 3) 6 month course in 4 month. Those opting for Fast Track System are required to pay Rs. 700/-@ per semester Fast Track Fee at the time of admission. Us $ 100 per semester in case of NRI / Foreign Student. ISSUE OF DIPLOMA 1) Diploma / PG Diploma/Masters Diploma as the case may be, is issued on request at the end of the successful completion of the course/issue of the statement of marks. A Diploma fee of Rs. 250/- (DD drawn in favour of IICT payable at Lucknow) is to be deposited for the issue of the same. JOINING OF THE COURSE There is no entrance test for admission. It is direct.
