A. Have client approve wire frames/click-through a. Ensure to receive written sign off before proceeding to next step b. See the guidelines for what type of changes are covered and what type of changes or not B. Make any notes/changes to the wire frames C. Have client approve again if many changes were required D. Step 2
A. Review quote with client B. If client approves, update scope of work and payment schedule C. Discuss updating of due date with client OR if client doesnt want to alter the due date inform them it will be completed in a second phase D. Written approval is required, if client providers verbal confirmation ask for written approval with a witness signature

A. If necessary, modify sitemap a. Retrieve written approval B. If necessary, modify database design C. If necessary, modify graphic design a. Retrieve written approval D. Review with team and make modifications as required
Step 4
A. If necessary, update database with new tables/fields B. If necessary, update OR add wire frames/click-through with additional work C. Have client approve the wire frame changes/additions a. Written approval is required, if client providers verbal confirmation ask for written approval with a witness signature
