EXHIBIT-1 The company started its operations for the year 2008-09 on a positive note but later on registered negative growth in the last two quarters. The trial production of the newly launched perfume, Rosie is successfully completed and its commercial production is expected to start by October. The performance of the product is yet to be reviewed by the quality manager. EXHIBIT-2 The marketing head of south India has stated that the current forecast is not true for business acceleration. The market patterns and survey methods are ambiguous and uncertain and hence the new product launch is to be reconsidered. The product launch can be delayed for 2 months.

EXHIBIT-3 The management of the company plans for conducting a review meeting of the workers who are on strike and also decide that viewpoint of workers shall be considered but those who fail to attend the meeting will be dealt with strictness.

EXHIBIT-4 The workers are not able to set realistic goals and decide upon the minimum wage and other benefits from the company because of the minimal exposure to the outside world, external influences and the negative feedback from the representatives of the Trade Union. The unrealistic thinking of the workers should be avoided by offering training to orient them towards company policies.

EXHIBIT-5 The report on the new project was due yesterday i.e. on 4th December. It is important to complete the report and execute the project in time for the successful launch of the products. Avoid any further delay. Submit the report by 5 p.m. on 5th December.

Food and beverages will be charged at the canteen. Lunch coupons at Rs.20/veg and Rs.30/non-veg will be available at the mess.
