Machines and Inks that we use... We use a Mimaki CJV130-30 for our inkjet printing. We only use original Mimaki Inks from Japan. Many canvas printers try to get away with using generic inks imported from China as they are much cheaper... it is not recommended!!

Your photos are spliced and printed on multiple canvas panels to create a large canvas wall display. Our canvas photo split panels are available in different formats, diptych (2 panel), triptych (3 panel), quad (4 panel) and 6 panels. However, if you have a specific panel layout design in mind or require special sizes to meet your dcor designs, we can also do this for you.

Why should I order with Luce Mercato Ads Corporation?
Photo on canvas is one of our specialties and we can deliver in almost any size! You can get your photo on canvas in both a traditional canvas print or you can get your photograph split across multiple canvas prints (one photo split up in multiple canvases). Your photos are printed as a canvas print on a cotton canvas and it will be stretched over a wooden frame just like an ordinary painting. Photo on canvas is a really beautiful decoration, which last in over 20 years. We have Mimaki as our partner on canvas printing. We use Mimaki printers (1440DPI) for our canvas production, since they have the best color and fade resistance, when it comes to photo on canvas.

How do I order?
Our printing process doesn't work without you: Send us your file thru our email (luce.mercato@gmail.com) including your desired size and other information that may be needed. Also include your contact number so we could reach you should the need arises. Your file is checked for missing elements. We contact you if there are any problems. We send you our quote/costing.

How do I order?
Our printing process doesn't work without you: If everything is okay we create a pdf or jpg proof. Upon approval of the electronic proof we can print a proof (optional, client should visit the LMAC for this) of the final artwork on the same material used on the final product. This way there will be no surprises on color, content or the look of the final piece. Optional: An 8" x 10" proof printed on the same material as your final graphic. There is a nominal PhP 600.00 fee for a printed proof. You approve the proof.

How do I know my order went through?
We always send a confirmation receipt when an order is placed. However, these can sometimes be redirected to your spam or junk folder. Please make us a "trusted sender" in your email program and add luce.mercato@gmail.com to your safe sender list. We want to be sure you receive all updates on your order and information on the status of your canvas shipment.

How thick are the canvases?
All of our canvases are gallery wrapped around a stretch bar between 1" and 2"thickness.

What file size of photo is acceptable?
Images that are 2MB or higher are great, and images under 2MB but higher than 700KB are almost always workable.

Helpful Hint: The resolution from most digital cameras works perfectly for our canvas product. If you're not sure about any of that, you can check the file size by right clicking on your image, and then clicking on "properties" where the size will be displayed. Compare that number to the recommended resolutions listed above. (Note: Cell phone images often do not meet our minimum resolution requirements and are not recommended except for photos taken from smartphones which has good resolution.)

Will my photo colors appear slightly different?
Yes, they may appear slightly different. Keep in mind our high-quality commercial canvas printing process utilizes CMYK colors. Unlike commercial printers, household printers and monitors use RGB. Luce Mercato Ads Corporation will reproduce color from your submitted photograph file as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density because of limitations in the printing process, monitor calibration and image resolution requirements. You most likely won't notice this kind of color shift in a color photograph. It is more likely to happen if you pick a very rich, vibrant color for a background or some other element of your layout.

Your photo will wrap around the sides!
Your photo will be wrapped around the sides of the canvas stretch bar. If something is cut off or wrapped around the sides that is important, please inform us during the approval of the digital proofing.

How we handle Instagram borders?

For Instagram photos with black, tan or white borders, we'll extend the border so it wraps around the canvas.
If your photo doesn't have a border, your photo will fill the front surface of the canvas. The wrapped sides will be white.

How long will it take to receive my canvas?

Orders are generally delivered in 5 - 7 business days upon approval of digital proof plus shipping period of about 1-2 business days. Production times may vary if provided photo does not meet resolution requirements or approval of proofing takes time . Please allow additional time during holidays due to increased volume. To ensure your canvas arrives when you need it, order 10 - 12 business days early to account for shipping.
