05 JULY 2012: The defendant appeared for arraignment via video and was represented

by Keith Loomis. The defendant entered a Not Guilty plea to all 3 Charges. Bail set at $3000.00 cash only.

Legal defender Keith Loomis was appointed and a trial date was set for August 23, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in

Department One of the Reno Municipal Court.

16 JULY 2012: The Court received a motion for change of plea. A new arraignment was

set for LY 19, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. for the defendant to be seen via videos.

17 JLY 2012: The Court received a motion regarding bail Motion to be heard, July

19, 2012 via video arraignments.
19 JULY 2012: Defendant appeared for hearing and did not change plea. A bail
hearing was held. The request for O.R. was denied. Bail set at $1000.00 cash only on Disturbing the Peace
charge. On remaining charges defendant to be released on O.R. Bench trial remains scheduled for
AUGUST 23, 2012 at 1:0 p.m.
21 JULY 2012: Defendant posted 51000.00 bail.
2 AUGUST 2012: Defendant provided proof of insurance.
9 AUGUST 2012: Motion to Withdraw as Counsel fled by attrney Keith Loomis. Motion

Additional Criminal Complaint (Trespass) fled by Reno City Attorney.
Charge 4: R.M.C. Code 08.10.010 TRESPASS. Amended Criminal Complaint was also
fled, Charge 1: is amended from R.M.C. Code 08.12.020 to 08.12.020 (d)
4 SEPTEMBER 2012 Tbe defendant appeared for bench trial and was represented by Legal
defender Henry Sotelo. Insurance was dismissed, proof was provided. Trespass and Disturbing the Peace
were dismissed. Cash Bail Exonerated. Trial on Unsecured Loads to be contnued for City to amend
charge, or fle motion to dismiss. Hearing set for SEPTEMBER 17, 2012.
18 SEPTEMBER 2012 Motion fled by Defense counsel Henry Sotelo. Motion requesting due
date of dismissal be continued, pending Justice Court psychological evaluation and Competency Hearing
in the Reno Justice Court on OCTOBER 1$, lOll. Motion Granted.
1 OCTOBER 2012 Motion to Withdraw as Counsel fled by attorney Henry Sotelo.
3 OCTOBER lOll Motion to withdraw as Counsel granted.
15 OCTOBER 2012 Amended Criminal Complaint Filed by Reno City Attorney. Charge 2 is
amended from R.M.C. O)de 06.14.130.B to N.R.S. 484D.850 (2) as adopted by Section 1.04.015 of tbe
R.M.C. Code.
30 OCTOBER 2012 New trial date set for DECEMBER 03, 2012. Defendant noticed by
certifed mail.
3 DECEMBER 2012 The defendant appeared pro per. Trial held. Court took case under
advisement.
