Also, the past works that they've been through can contribute their skills and knowledge towards the business. They presumed that their knowledge of business can push them to the top of the rank, which was true. The Intention components are their determination and passion for their work. Their comments about having no vacations give us the idea that they put all their time on the business because of the love of work.

Yes, because there are possibilities that may lead them up to Smith's conclusion of selling the business for exploring other possibilities and having more family time, which are very limited to them because of the business. Having two perceptions - One, pursuing the business for their passion and love for works and second, to explore new things and spend more time with family. They could decide on pursuing the first one by having in mind their dreams for the business or on the second, which they can pass the responsibilities on to other people to spend more time for family.

3. The workplace behavior they are doing is the Performance Behaviors like waking up early for work, budgeting and giving judgement as the owners of the business, and answering customer's orders. These are behaviors that any individual should do within such organizations, provided they are the owners of it. It purely came from their passion, love and their principle of being a part of the business. Their dedication made it possible to transform their performance behaviors into fun things that they wanted to do.
