Before I begin if your getting seriously bad DEW attack right now then you need to begin moving around shaking your body head and shoulders and walking around unpredictably backwards and forward left and right to stop the microwave RF beams intersecting and burning you. That is the best defence advice currently available and it costs nothing. Some have been able to prove that all this invisible radiation is being directed at them for an absolute fact. Telephone me anonymously (if you prefer) EH now support group UK) 24hr : The FIRST thing I advise when they try to burn you is to MOVE YOUR BODY TOSRO SHOULDERS AND HEAD AROUND BRISKLY AND SHARPLY. Walk around and move in the least predictable way possible. Do this until the DEW stops. Just keep doing this every time you feel the DEW beams trying to burn you in any way. This will stop them burning you and doing DEW which is the part that kills you. This moving thing works by stopping the beams (coming from the UAV's) from crossing which is how they burn you (they often use 5 or more beams at once). The SECOND thing I advise you to do is to build a foil quilt made of many layers of foil (50 at least). You need to tape the sections together with no gaps and make put them together like patchworks. I cannot stress how many layers you need to stop the beams coming through. if you are going to sleep on a mattress then you need to make it big enough to cover the entire and your mattress too and your head. Even the smallest gap would make the whole thing useless okay. Because of the amount of foil you need is will probably be cheaper for now if you sleep on the floor because of the costs in involved in the foil. For the quilt to begin being effective against the multiple microwave DEW beams your getting to your body and burning you need about AT LEAST $60 worth of foil covering your body. I have about $300 of foil on my quilt which I use ASWELL as my foil enclosure made of scrap metal see below.

What taking the measures on this page WILL do:

1. It will stop these criminals from being able to kill you and `BURN' you with invisible directed energy weapons, they burn inside your body to cause damage to your organ's during Gang stalking attacks with DEW. 2. It will save your life and allow you to sleep without being slowly killed as you would have been before you protected yourself. 3. It will stop members of a worldwide criminal gang who are carrying out your attack from claiming between $5million and $10million in life insurance payouts one you have died. (yes folks, that's what the attacks are for, they arrange and pay for life cover for you then kill you. nice eh?)

What taking these measures WONT do:

1. It will not stop the voice to skull (continuous audio harassment) 2. It will not stop any induced dreams. 3. It will not stop them from being able to hear what you are hearing and saying. 4. It will not stop people from thinking your insane. As a TI, you need to ignore and not care about what people think.

Right, let's get started.

The pictures below should be self explanatory. I have used parcel tape to cover it so the foil is insulated from my body and to make sure it all stays stuck together. you can keep adding foil as you buy it. You could try using much thicker foil or lots of panels of foil aluminium trays stuck together for the top part of the quilt in case they try and burn holes in it which I have known to happen.

This quilt works VERY well. I don't get ANY DEW attacks because the beams cannot get through this.

Notice how I've taped and taped more layers of layers of Aliminium foil to it as soon as I've been able to afford to buy it.

Folks, if you don't believe this works just check out even the most basic of science books about physics. The multiple

layers of foil knock all the energy out of the beams and they cant kill you for life insurance. My advice is get your quilt made - FAST!

Now, you need to

buy foil and metal then you need help because without protecting yourself, you're dying!!! Even one layer of foil over the window is better than none if you're broke. this will at least stop them from being able to see you by using normal optical cameras they have fitted to the little quadroter Gangstalking UAV's buzzing around high above you. Your window covering has to be metal or foil because they can see straight through any curtains.

saturate your window with 50 (yes fifty!!) layers of foil. But really you should aim for getting some stainless steel or high density steel sheets over it. The foil or metal or whatever you are using to block your window MUST be overlapping the frame by one imperial foot. That's because they can get the microwave beams straight through the wooden frame would you believe it.

Now, you need to start making a metal enclosure for your bed or where you sleep. So, get collecting pieces of scrap metal and just keep layering it on. IT MUST HAVE

Yes, my friends and support workers thought I'd turned into a loon when I made my metal bed enclosure but It's better told I'm a loon than being a dead loon eh? While your getting murdered for life insurance and the government is doing nothing, it pays to not care what people think anymore. Look after number one (yourself) because after all, how can you help others if your dying, beaten down or dead??

Human rights update: If you don't own your own home then you need to make sure that the owners don't create a reson to take down your enclosure. One reason they might give is that it's a fire This picture is of my foil door to my metal bed enclosure. it's made of over 100 layers of foil (yes,one hundred!!) This door was the most difficult part for me to make because It had to overlap and open inward on one side and outward on the side opposite where the beams get in. It must overlap the metal panels at the sides by one imperial foot (like the window). It took me a week to perfect. If you get stuck building your door just phone me or email me (details at the top of the page) you need to go round the top of the enclosure too and cover the part at the top of the door to stop those beams getting in. (remember those beam come in from above)

safety hazard. You must tell them that it' not a fire safety hazard because its entirely metal and, that you can get in and out of it quickly and easily. Anyone who does anything to change modify or remove your enclosure in any way that reduces you protection is unknowingly assisting in killing you. You should treat them accordingly. The best way is to not let anyone see, or go near your enclosure.

Make sure the wooden frame underneath the meatl of your enclosure
is strong enough so it doesn't fall and slash your stomach open in the night okay! Remember, if anyone, say a landlord tries to get you to dis-assemble or take down your`spaceship', then all you have to say is that your `delusions' are hurting nobody and you are allowed to have them. Do not tell people around you that your hearing voices and being attacked because then you really might get dragged off. Remember, in hospital, the DEW part of the attack can be conducted like child's play. Just imagine what would happen if you actually tried to do the above enclosure in hospital. You would never get out of there (alive anyway!). Below: here's some pictures of the flattened and doubled up foil trays I'm using to build by foil jacket which is currently in development so keep visiting this page for developments. the foil jacket is basically about a way of stuffing the lining of a jacket with multiple layers of foil with thicker disposable foil trays on the outside to protect you from DEW attacks when your outside. Oh, very important thing, if you want to stay out of hospital (AKA. the Death ZoneZ where you get bloody baked big-time through the windows) You need to lie your face off to get out of there and say you are not getting attacked because you feel better now. Ti's, its the supposed delusions that allow them to drag you off to hospital. If you move around briskly to stop the DEW you will just be pronounced more insane. if you have been put in hospital then you NEED to keep away from non structural walls and windows. You could try threatening that you might go smashing the windows because of some phobia in the hope that they move your bed away from them. Just keep moving around briskly as much as you can and they cannot burn you. when outside try walking around on the inside of the pavement nearest to buildings so that the DEW microwave beams can only come in from one side. Then you wont get as much DEW -FACT!

Here's the only way to explain your defences without giving them a reason to drag you off. " I am taking these measures to stop myself from becoming a victim of electronic harassment based on the quantity of information I have read on the internet from sources including intelligent people who I trust and believe."
Note: I think the mentality behind this is that if a person says they're being `attacked' and says they're `hearing voices' (having delusions), then mental health doctors will ascertain that the person is unstable and therefore may have further delusion that, say a passer by is involved in the attack they are experiencing and may attack them as a result of those delusions. As a result they can make a good case for incarcerating a TI in mental hospital until they say that their attack is not happening. My advice, keep your circles small, do not sleep anywhere where other people, even `friends' have access. `friends' can be bribed. Don't forget they can hear what your saying and they could have recorded you saying something about someone and used it to make them dislike you so as to bribe them. The best thing to do is stay on your own and have no `friends'. All they have to do is pay one of them who is broke to put ONE remotely activated poison chip into you and you will die of your `illness'. they will tell them its just for an experiment to see where you are and if you are doing something wrong or against the law. They often appear as fake police officers or people who claim to `work with' the police. The criminal gangs behind these attacks are nothing to do with the government of security services whatsoever they are just worldwide murder for money groups who kill for life insurance. So, make sure your sleeping area is locked up like fort knoxx. Watch out for these `friends' who try to keep you still or invite you to their home. Just dump ALL of your friends off one-time is the only for-sure way that I know of. Yes, genuine ones will just have to suffer in the process, just still talk to them on facebook or email Protect yourself NOW!! For gods sake please don't let this masquerading evil near you.
