Manhattan Resources Limited Financial Analyst

Central Responsibilities: Analyze financial information and reports to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions. Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, future trends in investment risks, and economic influences. Conduct fact verification, study and research for financial planning and decision making. Prepare research findings reports, provide financial models for projects and give recommendation. Handle treasury function of the Group, including optimization of yields on cash resources, foreign exchange risk and hedging management, funding options, etc, and prepare related management reports. Review and challenge Group entities profit and cash flow projections, including assumptions and sensitivity analysis. Monitor actual performance against forecasts and investigate variances and effects on future projections. Prepare and monitor Groups profit and cash flow projections and related reporting. Involve in evaluation, improvement, implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures relating to treasury, investment and risk functions of the Group. Liaise with bankers, consultants, advisors and analysts, as appropriate. Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor degree in finance and accounting, business administration and statistics are preferred At least 1-2 years of related working experience Core education in financial studies must include investment analysis, marketing studies, international business, business laws, and managerial finance Hands-on experience on financial modeling and investment analysis Possess certification by the Chartered Financial Analyst Institute Only Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents will be considered.
