Adding a Printer

WINDOWS 7 USERS ONLY 1. Click the Round Windows Button (bottom Left corner) 2. Click Devices and Printers 3. Click Add printer 4. Click Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printerYou will see a partial list of printers 5. Click The printer I want isnt listed. 6. In the box below select a shared printer by name type \\pisdvprt1\d. A list of printers will appear. All of Dobies printers start with Dhs. 7. Click on the printer of your choice 8. Click Next 9. Click Next 10. Click Finish (Do not send a test page) The Green check mark means it is the default printer. To change the Default Right Click on the printer you need as default and left click on Set as Default Windows XP Users: Are you reconnecting to 1. Click Start 2. Click Printer and Faxes Or Click Settings 3. Click Printer and Faxes -- If you are connecting to same printer name, Please delete the printer before you continue. 4. Click Add Printer 5. Click Next 6. Select Network printer (2nd choice) 7. Click Next 8. Select Connect to this printer .. (2nd choice) 9. Click on the printer of your choice 10. Click Next 11. Click yes or no for default printer 12. Click Next . Then Finish
