The Punishment Of The Grave

Shaykh Mohammad Nazim Al-Haqqani An-Naqshibendi, Sohbat of the 26th of December, 2012.

May you reach good days, insha Allahu r-Rahman. The Day of Judgement is coming closer, not going farther. Qiyamat is approaching. Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim. A generation without Bismillah is living on earth now. They have forgotten Bismillah. Who forgets Bismillah will become forgotten. None of their doings succeed. Who says "Bismillahi r-Rahmani r-Rahim", his doings succeed. Who doesn't say it, his doings never, ever succeed. When they forget Bismillah, it means they have forgotten Allah. Those who forget Allah, their dunya as well as their akhirah is terrible. Aman ya Rabbi. May Allah Almighty not make us from them. Aman ya Rabbi. "Nasu Al-Laha Fa'ansahum" (59:19) The Holy Verse, "Nasu Al-Laha Fa'ansahum". They forgot Allah & Allah left them as forgotten. There is no Divine Help, no Mercy descending on them. These rains that fall in the form of Wrath, these floods, snows, tornadoes, volcanoes, the roaring of oceans- all these are signs of Wrath, not signs of Mercy. This means that the Heavens are in a wrathful state towards the earth- The Heavens are furious. For this, "Yakunu l-mataru ghaidhan wa l-waladu ghaidhan". In the end of times, the children are very tough, no mannered & merciless- the people also. And the Heavens, what it says as "ghaidhan", is it not? It means severe, furious (without benefit). It doesn't come on their heads in a nice way but rather like "Take this!" take it... Allah Almighty Who grants their rizq/ provisions, grants those who know Him an easy way. Because these ones don't know Allah they are struggling here, there - whole world & they can't find themselves, their stomachs are never filled. Neither their stomachs nor themselves are satisfied because they left Allah. Aman ya Rabbi tawba Ya Rabbi. Tawba Ya Rabbi, tawba Astaghfirullah. I say "May Allah not make us from them". Tawba ya Rabbi, tawba ya Rabbi. Aman ya Rabbi. There is also what is beyond this- beyond this, there is the grave. To where will they run from the hardship of the grave? There is also the hardship of grave. We seek refuge in Allah. We bury the corpse & leave but the grave calls "Come to me. Come to me now..." The hardship of the grave.. Aman ya Rabbi. Aman ya Rabbi. The grave is either a hole of Hell Fire or a garden of Paradise. The graves of the people, 99% of the peoples' graves now are holes of hell fire. You close someone's grave & leave him there. It says "You come now". Aman ya Rabbi, May You forgive us, O Lord. May He (swt) send us the Master who will correct us. We are waiting. I am waiting for him. May we be corrected & find our graves as a garden from the gardens of Paradise. All the graves are full of snakes & centipedes. May Allah forgive us. Forgive us O Lord.

To the good days. May You not separate us from faith & religion O Lord. May You not separate us from Your Beloved's Way. May You not deprive us of Your Beloved's love. May You make us live with the love of Your Prophets, Saints. May we revive, carry Your flag O Lord. May You forgive us, not leave us to the hands of our dirty egos. Fatiha. I don't fear death but am worried about what we will suffer in the grave. What will we find in our grave? H.R. May Allah grant long life. M. My fear is this. This is what I fear. What kind of sufferings one will go through in such a small place? Inside the grave, the grave is ordered: "Squeeze yourself". His bones cross each other like this inside the grave. It doesn't allow any outside sound. You can't see anything when you look. If you try to listen, you can't hear. You can't see his condition, aman ya Rabbi. Tawba ya Rabbi. Everybody thinks it is a game- they think Islam is a simple matter. Or coming to this world, they think they came for playing. We came to dunya for a reason. Whoever brought us, He has a reason. We came here for something, not created for no reason. When we plant a tree, an olive tree, what is it for? For its olive. We are also created & from us it is the good deeds we perform. It is to respect & to love Allah Almighty, to keep His Orders. It is to find honour. Ya Rabbi, tawba ya Rabbi. Fatiha. May Allah not separate us from His good way. Allah Almighty says "Fahal Min Mudhdhakirin" (54:15). He says "Is there anyone who thinks on this?" They made us say, the Sultans are making us say. Is there anyone who thinks on this? "Mudhdhakirin" What does Mudhdhakir mean? "Hal Min Mudhdhakirin" Is there anyone who thinks on this, who understands this? Shame on us. Shame on us. Shame on us that we couldn't serve our Lord. Shame on us. Shame on us...
