Healthy and safe work environment It is considered ethical for workers to expect that their health and safety will not be unreasonably compromised. Employees must know what risk they are taking.

Ability to exercise conscience Whistle-blowing is nonetheless something most employees were taught not to do when they are growing up. Many companies are creating a whistle-blower protection programme.
