Note it. When you mock a stooge that has no spirit of self control it is just. There are many chasing fulfillment for their soul. Fact is soul is fortified by the Maker. Some in distress mix the discernment of the features of the soul with emotion. This is immature. Emotion is a gift. It is a beautiful piece. But it is not the trouble. People with no root seek yoga positions and chants and stances and nirvanas because they can psych themselves into a temporary belief that they are invincible to falsehoods or powerlessness or failure or rejection, etc They call it spirituality because it renews their spirit. They seek to obtain not innocence in it but cutting edge fortification. So when you see people gleam and compliment their spirituality and if the brag about their half hour of meditation know that they went to renew their spirit somehow somewhere and that they really pit it against others. Lets talk about a clean spirit. If someone sits around and meditates on themself it is almost mental masturbation. They are ramping up what they believe is power. Know it. Thats all I wanted to tell you. I want you strong. Stay around those that treat your emotions as gifts and not obstacles. Never allow anyone to use your gifts as a weapon against you. I want you around people that renew a right spirit in you and esteem you always and not people that will watch you flail or fail or struggle or believe you need taught a lesson in any way. I mean it. If you cannot talk to someone because they will not accept your seed growing in their hearts like adults then depart the fools. You hear me here. Please. People that set others to suffrage or struggle in spirit or emotion are awful. Their disposition is not compatible with goodness and mercy. Trust me. If people watch or see you or know you will struggle and leave you alone in it they are garbage. Get away fast and forget about it. They are brass and clanging symbols and have no love. They seek themselves and their own power.

Never ever ever allow anyone to pit you with your emotions. I seriously mean this. Never! It is tactic and politic. It is manipulation. You are sound and gifted. Do not accept the onion dont eat it girls. Now.. be strengthened and have a renewed spirit. People that strengthen are the loveliest most gorgeous people in the World! You remember this. I pray your spirit renewed every day. You have me on my knees always until I can do it in person. And then too I will stay on knees so as never to offend your soul but strengthen it. Listen to me honey. Two straight learns. #1 Renew your spirit the right way and often and always # 2 stay away from those that do not renew your spirit and or anyone who sees you struggle.
