Job Requirements:

-Diploma / Degree in Business Administration / Management / Purchasing / Graphic Design or related discipline -1-2 years of relevant working experience (specializing in sourcing, purchasing / material management will be an added advantage) -Able to communicate in English, BM and Mandarin with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills -Candidates must be self-motivated and a team player who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details -Highly motivated and meticulous with the ability to work under challenging environment to meet deadlines -Must be able to multi-task and work with minimum supervision Job Responsibilities: -Accountable for sourcing activities of Brunei, Singapore & Malaysia -Source for suppliers and expand current supplier listing -Source for premiums / promotional items at the lowest possible purchase cost without compromising on quality, service support, availability, reliability, selection, etc -Analyse, negotiate prices and grant contracts to ensure the right quantity and quality of the product is contracted -Maintain close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply -Plan, monitor and liaise with suppliers for shipment / delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery -Work with inventory planner to ensure smooth allocation and distribution of stocks to Distribution Channels -Coordinate & resolve quality issues with warehouse, RDC, Shops, distributors and suppliers -To prepare necessary purchasing documents i.e issuance of tender, purchase requisition -To attend to distributors enquiries (walk-in, telephone, helpdesk) -To administer, implement, manage and support any ad hoc business operations of Marketing activities / events / functions Job Specialization: Marketing, Business Development Industry: Consulting (HRM/Business)
