ORACLE TUXEDO ART is a re-hosting product offering from Oracle built around Oracle Tuxedo recently
brought to the market by Oracle Corporation. Oracle is offering the Oracle ART platform as a re-hosting solution to customers who want to retire applications running on IBM mainframes with a CICS-COBOLDB2 combination. The offering comes bundled with a tool called Refine to automate migration of applications that Oracle has acquired from Metaware Technologies, France. AUTOMOBILE AND SPARE PARTS PROCUREMENT PROCESS The entire procurement process is divided into two parts .Primarily we have a vehicle procurement and secondarily a spare parts sales process. Purchase will be centralized. Purchase order for spare parts will be raised from Purchase order is placed to default vendors automatically by the system. The user may manually select other alternate vendors if required the functionality in the PO with the item part no. There are provisions for selection of sales NAV rates on each SKU. All stock receipts should be against PO. Stock values should be automatically updated in the system once the PO is received. It is capable to handle partial receipt of materials against PO. Vendor Order No must be tracking at the time of goods receipt entry. There are provisions for selection of other cost, like freight, handing charges etc. To improve the accuracy of the reports and to minimize the manual effort and duplication of work, all the reporting should be based on the single database. Return process, which starts with rising of Purchase Return Orders to sending back the goods and finally raising Credit Memo vendor. Tracking down discrepancies between PO and Invoice. The payment to be integrated with the Financial Accounting and Accounts Payable modules. Credit memo facility will be used to Purchase return against an invoice. MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION

ARUP DASGUPTA CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR The Company has been promoted by Mr. Arup Dasgupta, a B.Tech in Radio-Physics and Electronics from the University of Calcutta, with over 26 years of rich experience and valuable contribution in the field of Information Technology. He founded Metalogic Systems in 1997, with a vision of meeting customer needs globally. He is currently the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Dasgupta has spent a substantial part of his working life abroad in distinguished organizations like Herald Tribune, London, Price Waterhouse World firm, Tampa & Morristown, USA. Mr. Dasguptas vast experience has aggregated from working in diverse platforms for renowned companies like PSI, PriceWaterhouse India and PwC World firm, USA, NIIT and Techna Digital Services prior to starting of Metalogic Systems. While in Techna Digital Services, as Director - Operations (Global), he was one of the pioneers in the development of the language Transformation and Software Design Recovery Methodology. In 1997, Mr. Dasgupta started his own Company, Metalogic Systems Pvt. Ltd., with a vision of meeting customer needs globally through a very strong technology driven organization. Metalogic Systems is a software services organization providing automation in technology solutions for business, to its customers worldwide.

DWIJADAS CHATTERJEE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Mr. Chatterjee, a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Accounting and Commercial Operations across a wide spectrum of industry verticals. Mr. Chatterjee has worked in a wide spectrum of diverse business activities of Tea, Plywood, Aluminum, Textiles, Real Estate, Retail, Education, Trading and Infrastructure. ANSUMAN BHATTACHARYA TECHNICAL DIRECTOR Mr. Bhattacharya has a B. Tech (Electronics & Telecommunication) degree from Jadavpur University. He has extensive experience and expertise in design and development of software tools for automated transformation of legacy applications to open system environment, in various software environments in Mainframe and other Legacy systems running COBOL, RPG, Assembler, C etc., in Databases like IMS/DB, ADABAS, IDS-II, etc., and Transaction Processing systems like CICS, IMS/DC etc. in the Legacy environments. The Board is assisted by a team of dedicated, qualified and experienced professionals from respective fields to run the day to day operations of the Company.
