About Us
We are a Hot Rolling Mill manufacturing company working mainly in the area of Bar and Wire Rod Mills. We manufacture medium sized, Wire Rod Mills, upto 300,000 tpa and Bar Mills upto 400,000 tpa capacity. These mills o er state of the art technology, run e ciently with minimum downtimes, thus o er lower cost of production and deliver close tolerances on the rolled products. For Bar Mills we use slit rolling for higher capacity mills. We have developed an innovative solution for high speed rolling of reinforced bars ( TMT in India ) which is ideal for mills that produce 8 mm in large quantities and at high speeds. In case or Wire Rod Mills our Blocks operate upto 80 m / sec. Low medium reductions and small ring sizes make it particularly suited for close tolerance rolling and for special and stainless steels. We can o er from 2 stand mini blocks to 10 stand blocks and Coil forming and handling Lines upto 1200 kg. Upgrading existing Bar and Wire Rod mills, to increase production and improve e ciency and product quality, is our specialisation. We also manufacture special purpose, custom built equipment for mills. For Structural Mills, we manufacture auxiliary equipment like Hot Saws and Cooling Beds and for Flat Product Mills equipment like Vertical Edgers and Down Coilers. Features & Highlights of our Design

- Starting from 2 stand Mini Blocks we manufacture upto 10 stand Wire Rod Blocks working at a max. speed of 75 m / sec. - Delta / V type, state of the art design. - Ideally suited for Stainless and Special Steels with 18 % average reduction. - Low to medium reduction enables superior size control, pro le and tolerances. This is aided by a small roll size, since it ensures low spread. - Ring size 175 - 155 mm for nishing stds. and 215 - 195 mm for pre nishing stds. - All key parts are manufactured on CNC machines, and all gears, manufactured to the highest accuracy levels, are imported from Germany. - Identical Roll units on both sides, enables operators to keep a min. stock of spare roll units. These roll units are the most expensive spares of a Wire Rod Block. - Identical bevel gears in all stands, again, ensures ease of spares. - Heavy duty design with low pass height. Ensures greater stability and negligible vibration levels at high speeds.

- Suitable for Mills upto 15 t / hr., who want to roll 5.5 mm. - Can also be used to roll 8 mm re bars (TMT) thru TC rolls of size 240 mm when speeds and quantities of 8 mm are high, usually from about 17 28 m / sec.
