Within this document, youll need to list the sources youve found for your project. This should be no fewer than 10. (value: 20 points) Thesis ...October 25th A thesis is the headline of your research. Its a 1-sentence statement which defines what your project is about. (value: 10 points) Thesis-Claim-Evidence Graphic Organizer October 25th This graphic organizer is the main piece to organize the information youve learned. Simply put: youll practice finding the 3 main claims of your argument, and supporting those claims with specific, factual pieces of evidence from the text. (value: 10 points) Outline.November 1st A formal organization of your information, gathered largely from your graphic organizer. (value: 10 points) Rough Draft.November 8th If done well, this could be your final draft. All papers will be given an opportunity for revisions and a chance to improve. Papers will be read, graded, and returned within 2 weeks of this due date. (value: 100 points) Final Draft.December 6th Revisions based on teacher comments will be due. This will be your final grade.
