A night covers a period from 7am to 3.30pm the next day. A non-refundable booking fee of $115 is required within 14 days, for confirmation of your booking. Once received, a directional map and confirmation will be forwarded to you. On arrival at the property, the remaining outstanding balance of your booking is to be paid to the property owner who will then provide you with a map of the property.

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation one or more week prior to arrival date will result in your booking fee being held by IHP to be used within the next 6 months for booking the same IHP property. Cancellations on, or less than one week before, the day of arrival will result in your being charged the balance of your booking plus $100 for costs. Accommodation is basic. Which includes beds, stove, shower & toilet facilities. You will need to supply ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT including blankets, cooking utensils, etc. Other info will be given regarding the individual property.
