All outstation players will get free veg. food (without onion & garlic) & accommodation for entire tournament period at the venue. Lots of restaurants are available outside the venue. Accompanying persons will be charged ` 200/-per day for veg food & accommodation at the venue. Limited four beded rooms with attached bathroom will be allotted as per first come first serve basis. Free lunch will be provided to local players. Food (at the venue ) & Hotel accommodation will be provided on payment of ` 1500/- per day within 2 kms from the venue in Hotel Empires, Sahidnagar, Bhubaneswar. The organisers will take care of transportation to & fro from Hotel Empires to the venue subject to availability of twenty(20) members in a group.

As the venue belongs to a spiritual organisation, consumption of ALCOHOL & non-veg items is strictly prohibited.

TRANSPORT
The distance from railway station to venue is approximately 4 kms. and from airport to venue is approximately 6 kms. Participants & accompanying persons have to directly report at the venue. City Bus No. 405 from Railway station and city Bus No. 207 from Airport to railway station are available. After completion, the organizers will make arrangements to drop the players to railway station/ airport on prior intimation.
