INTRODUCTION: In the past few decades in the Philippines, the business

industry has been thriving due to several reasons including the increasing affluence of Filipino people, a growing interest in the culinary art, and a growing demand for new unique types of service. The goal of every restaurant business is to exceed the customers expectation in order for them to keep patronizing their establishment.

The main reason why we are conducting EMPLOYEES MOTIVATION AND WORK PERFORMANCE managers, the and research HRM is for to the gain benefit a of

understanding of job satisfaction. We the researcher want to study the employees motivational factors and their working

performance level in a particular restaurant.

As future hotel and restaurant workers and managers, we firmly believe that this study will help us identify the key aspect of the restaurant business which will improve the

establishments and area where we will work. There is also a growing need for new graduates to have a solid foundation that we can fall back on in case our jobs require us to conduct studies and research for our establishments.

We need to conduct this study so that business owners and managers alike can prioritize which areas of their restaurant they need to focus their manpower and profit. In a situation where money can be a possible issue, this study will definitely help identify which parts of the establishment will require the work and focus.
